It seems from the 4th October RNS that we likely to get an RNS if they find anything on the way down so we may know very soon.
Still not too many trades so no leaks - optimism?

dsrt2012. No one knows, the goalposts keep getting changed/swapped around or dispensed with so who knows.
Adon30. One of their biggies was to be 'green' and not flare so there's a U turn if they have a permit for that. Have they employed Liz Truss, apparently she flares up easily?

THE_CHAIN. It is three wells.
'The two wells mentioned above are both located within Zephyr's White Sands Unit (the "WSU"), the same Federal unit in which the previously drilled State 16-2LN-CC well is located. A third well is expected to be drilled outside of the WSU, and will be drilled in partnership with, and operated by, Kirkwood Oil and Gas LLC, the Paradox Basin's largest operator, details of which can be found below.'

Another delay.

It's best not to get personal, reminds me of the shenanigans in Westminster. We are only awaiting approval to go ahead with the drilling, and although we all wish we had already spudded, the fact is we have to abide by the book and wait for the right signature on a piece of paper. I am sure the board feel the same as us and wish things could be hurried along but that's life. It gives some an opportunity to buy in cheaply so there is a positive to the delay. Good luck all, I am sure it will all kick off very soon and the mood here will change vastly.

Good to see some movement back to 6p as news could break here at any moment.

MTucker. Not necessarily, especially if there is wind of any news or a large buy is being worked. It can work the other way, I remember RKH dropping dramatically for no apparent reason (mm's loading up) just before it rose and rose before going into orbit from about 30p or less to £5. I remember it well, 10th May 2012 offhand, as I bought at 37p or thereabouts and sold at £3.80!

Are we about to get a change in fortunes, loads more sells than buys but the sp is rising?

So, there needs to be an RNS by next Tuesday or the webinar will be a non event and should be cancelled. I don't see how the company can predict when the permissions will be granted so why have they decided to give us a webinar date? And if they already had the permissions they will have had to tell us. So why have they set a potential car crash or are they flying on a wing and a prayer?

If there is news this week it may not be too good but later next may be more interesting, we'll see. The low trading volume is likely to mean no one knows anything yet.

Everyone? Volume is very low so probably no one knows what is happening and they still have a fair way to drill.

I imagine the arrival and start of operations is all that is needed and they will be drilling ahead at the moment, no spud RNS required imho but I may be wrong. They won't want the rig hanging about waiting to spud as that costs money.

Helpme01. Yes, I think a lot of people will be getting early while the sp is still nice and low. The team flying out to be on site in order to hopefully get things moving more quickly gives an added impetus. And a back-up in the wings! It's a bit of a no brainer at the moment although please don't take this as anything except my opinion only.

Helium One management team are in contact with all relevant parties and intend to be in Kenya to expediate this process. Thereafter the spud date will be dependent on mobilisation of Baker Hughes equipment, currently anticipated to be released in December, e nabling drilling operations to commence during January / February 2023.'

Sp is cheap at the moment and should rise from here towards drilling.

SpArmada. Yes, there is something new! Read again - '... the completion of the acquisition of a package of oil and gas assets located on and around the Company's Paradox project.'
It's done and dusted! Now, why would they do that, why for instance would they want gas pipelines? To me this is an endorsement of the fact they have a lot of gas!!!
They spent $750,000 when the replacement cost would be $10.6 million. That's a huge saving and keeps everything in house. The deal has been completed, now we can await the 25th presentation to hear about the next plans.
Another piece of the jigsaw slotted into place so they can kick off the extended well test.
This share is best suited to those who are prepared to invest and leave the money there for a year or two or three.
