Heron was always going to be a discovery, the same field 1k or less across the border was already producing. But does MB go for Heron - not until he had blown most of the financial reserves on wild cats and was forced to drill Heron to try and save face, his job and the company.

The presentation should be about monetising Heron with more wells close to the original one. Anything else is gambling once again. If he had only listened to shareholders before wasting their money, the sp would be somewhere between 10p - 30p at the moment with plenty of upside.

If MB seriously wants to gamble at 85% chance of failure instead building the company, he should quit and go and work for a betting company although with those odds he's unlikely to find a job. Nothing against him but he needs to put the company first and monetise the discoveries we already have. So far, he has lost a lot of investors a lot of money.

There is nothing disrespectful or ugly in the words master82 just wrote, it's the truth. MB has blown a fortune of other people's money on wildcats and there is another in the pipeline with a COS of 15%, that's 85% chance of failure! We will see what the presentation brings but any more out and out gambling should be a thing of the past unless he's planning to become a Tory MP!

MB should have stuck to moving Heron forward, he previously told us funds were in place, so I wonder if he has been economical with the truth. But he cant help risking investors' money with wild exploration gambles that have brought failure after failure in the past. It almost makes 25p a joke target.

Cleaning the well properly is essential so there are no temporary obstructions to that may give false readings for the flow tests. It is therefore commendable they are not rushing the job, instead making certain the entire well is cleared of any debris.

200 wells does not mean 200 separate wells. As I understood it the idea is to drill four lateral wells from each vertical well so only 50 vertical wells required. They also stated they wanted more than one rig drilling at a time.

I think there are some here who do not understand that the potential rewards that come with investing in minor AIM companies also come with a huge risk. Those who do not understand this need to sell up and put their money into Premium Bonds or a savings account where it will be safe. Many countries do things differently to the UK so putting UK standards onto them is foolish.

MB has done a really good job of negotiating the tricky tiers of Mongolian bureaucracy and I suspect will pull this off in the not to distant future.

Yes, long term holders such as myself are down on their investment but the low price gives ample chance of topping up cheaply. No use crying into your milk, we are where we are so please go and be sick elsewhere if you cannot take the rough with the smooth.
