It seems to me that they are just going to go and try and talk someone into doing a farm in. That's all for now and it could take weeks, a few months, longer... or nothing at all. That is why the sp is falling, they still only have income from the non ops. Instead of climbing back to 7p on excellent news the sp has fallen and may well fall a lot further unless they do what they said in July - prioritise getting the oil and gas monetised. Sub 3p is not out of the question if this drags on for months and months. Then good news of a partnership will send the sp up to maybe even 5p which is when everyone who is buying now will bail out and there will be umpteen months before anything concrete is finalises and we actually extend the lateral, let alone market any product. All the while they said cash was a priority.

What farm in, has a partner been mentioned, if so who is it? At the end of July in an interview with Malcy, CH said the priority was to get the well producing as well as 16-2 so cash would start flowing from Paradox in this year. But now we have uncertainty and no income from Paradox, just more delays . Maybe he has a partner lined up, who knows, but the sp is being damaged on an almost daily basis because he keeps changing the goal posts. At this rate all a farm in will do is get the sp back to 4p if we are lucky.

This looks like a really good result for Zephyr and makes the long wait very much worth the while. A peak flow of 2,100 b/d looks well up with expectations and of course over 510 boe/d of condensates adds to the value superbly.

This is clearly a big plus for the decision to use acid stimulation and of course one which could also be used elsewhere in the Paradox Basin, accordingly to me there is little doubt that the company has taken the correct decision to go straight to the process of partnering either via farm-out or asset sale.

I have had an early discussion with Colin Harrington and it is fair to say that they are ‘really excited’ about the implications for what is now a much larger play in the Paradox and by using acidisation has had the effect of upgrading the other previously drilled wells at the Basin which is why outside interest is likely to be in my own view, of significant interest.

I will be speaking to Colin again on Monday and he has agreed to do an interview next week to give shareholders a chance to see what a difference this well has made to the potential for Zephyr, in the meantime I remain very positive indeed about the company and the Paradox Basin.

Colin needs to sort out an RNS, either the acid has worked or it hasn't and he need to let us know. He must know by now instead of letting the sp drip away daily. Good news will stop this falling further.

In the interview with Malcy Colin said the results would be by month's end so maximum of three days to wait.

CH said by the end of the month so news should be this week.

In both the recent interviews CH said there would be no placing. Why would anyone apart the Winnifroth boiler gang who wanted this to fall to 2p say anything CH had already refuted?

As trades go it was a large one and obviously needed time to fill.
