Without being charged of putting a spin on our present position and listening to all views and posts on here I can completely understand resentment to David and 88 e bod
Me included holding 20 mill shares a a large paper loss
And that is what it is a paper loss as my trading share account tells me
Please correct me if I’m wrong but if we can show in the next results any commercial gas or anything positive re hrz then surely this would be a success as we didn’t pay a penny pmo did and we retain now absolutely everything we can get from the drill 100%
Also what have we lost apart from sp value, we have just lost the year of running costs a
Incl David’s wages which has now been addressed and cost cutting in place for the foreseeable

I would like to see the Alaskan credits come to us which would cover costs for the next few years

Recent news about xcd and possible takeover need clear rns from Dave wall and more of a map going forward
Hopefully get that with the Charlie well and possible hrz. And gas shows
I for one would like to have a precise breakdown of our assets as we stand now and take stock of potential value if any of
Yukon winx Charlie before we start adding more
Not being to oil savvy but I have noticed most big oil companies usually will sell one asset to buy into another so not stretching themselves took thinly like bp have done recently with pristine bay
If we could do this then avoid a dilution or cash raise

Some from shareholders new and old and some from non shareholders pointing the finger and giving it I told you all so
This is now the time to bite the gullet hold or sell out
At this sp I can’t see how anyone is in any kind of profit so really we’re all in the same boat

Unless Dave can find a partner and get underway a farmout agreement for hrz or possible sale of Yukon and then come to market for cr I can’t see him finding anyone at all interested in taking part Private our institutional and no here near $5 mill
He tried jan for $10 mill and only
Raised $6.75 mill and that was with pmo on board and planned drill program
Also agree at present value he would get a very low price to sell out lock stock and barrel as nothing yet to offer just a lot of acres
Until we get core sample results in July from hrz
He has said in the past a soft farmout was underway during last year ????

Looking forward to market reaction to agm last night my worry being
$8.9 mill in bank and $7 mill projected running costs rest of year leaves us $1.9 mill aus dollars less than £1 million in
bank before we run out of cash, I cannot see any confidence out there to find anyone willing to pump more money in and the shear dilution size of shares then in circulation unless we have a great deal with a partner or purchaser pending or proof of hrz samples coming good or gas shows commercially viable

I was hoping Dave to show good faith with a wage decrease but not to be

Last cash
Raise was a bit of struggle at a discounted rate And wasn’t totally taken up with the figure Dave wanted
Which was no where near enough to carry us into another drill so not to confident we could raise up to £25 mill and to be honest to have in circulation more than 14 billion shares as it would be then would be ridiculous
As we’re now at 0.35p giving a value today at £24 million for 88e
My opinion is the only option is a big boy with deep pockets farmout partner or selling Yukon to fund us further into hrz

Come on Dave tomoro your up at the agm on podcast and now I would think fighting for survival for 88 e
You do have including me a loyal band of investors not as some say followers but my nerves and patience can only take so much

We have been here before on icewine 2 and winx and here again and do worry that a future cash raise will diliute is to death but understand we have enough cash for the year to keep the lights on so rather do a farm out if poss on Yukon or hrz with a little cash thrown in be nice

Firstly mickey youve got nothing to apologise for
We I’m sure we are all adults and so threw the dice as all this negativity wouldn’t be here if drill wasn’t positive but it wasn’t so it is what it is
But if I may just make a couple of points as I see it and convey
1. Pmo paid the whole drill £23 mill not us
2 we got core samples for hrz then free of charge where as icewine 2 for the same drill cost us £12 mill approx to go after hrz
3 we have a possible soft farm our partner interested in hrz and was never interested in other zones in Charlie well
Results to Come in June so still in the game paul was so positive about also 100% owned by 88e
4 gas found in what quantities and is it commercially viable and again with pmo walking leaves us 100% owners
5. And the final point i believe eagle ford was drilled more Ethan a hundred times before conco struck black gold on the last attempt
What have we had 4 attempts so far
On 500.000 acres
6. Yukon gold still on the table
7 we did have a bid a while ago and so someone somewhere must have saw something in 88e to
Make that bid
Possible a back door in to suck a large acreage holding
Some will call me a fool and optimist for this post and I dont really care but I will be waiting to hear from the agm tomoro

Just would like to say if I may to all those who had the privilege of meeting paul on two year anniversary of his passing and I’m one of them to possibly raise a glass tonight to the lovely guy I knew and who instilled in me the want to invest in 88 e and the potential it had on the north slope
The energy he had on the occasions on stage at the presentations and the beer or 4 afterwards
If we are lucky enough to have good news this week or at the end of the month to also remember his ideal was to invest all in a charity any benefits he personally earned

Just like to ask we were told we should be near now the end of the drill would this include the hrz as well or is that further time
And secondly Dave would surely now know if any of the 7 targets have good oil shows

Re oil price per share if successful I would agree is not so relevant at this stage as we are not producing or looking to earn an income from production
But for us to be bought out at this stage I appreciate would affect the value price
With all going on in the world all this oil talk doesn’t seem to be so important now
