Hi all
I feel the excitement rising a little now after seeing the latest video on gravel pad
Just a quick uestion it’s been mentioned target depth being reached hopefully by next Monday 1 august
This is depth bypassing original alkaid 1 and going lower to alkaid 2 and then we go horizontal
Hopefully tell us we have a greater resource here than previously expected for
Alkaid

Production I think there is a lot of wishful thinking. Around on the part of investors and this may sometimes come across as I’ll educated or even ramping

How is it 28 trades today totalling £45k not all buys and creates a massive 10% rise of approx £8 million+ on value of company

How does 108bpd. At 6 ft interval play out with alkaid 2 and a horizontal at 8.000 ft with. 30-40 fracs on just one drill
Imagine 20 drills over the play with oil at $1.20 and possibly rising to $1.60 a barrel with extraction costs approx $40 barrel
No need to go to market and any more share dilutions I would think or bank or institution funding easier rather than a farm in partner and giving up percentages

Forgive me if I’m wrong but was always of the belief from jay that’s his not interests in being a producer with alkaid2 aside and to rather prove up and sell up
His not getting any younger and don’t think the plan was to keep going for am u more years
For many hundreds of wells over the acreage talked about would take one of the. Big players to come on board and
Make happen we are far too small

Re potential income from alkaid 2 well being drilled and hopefully producing this year
I never believed it was thought it would fund future drills but possibly contribute toward s company staff running costs and keeping the lights on with a small profit to boot
Farm out partner was always on the cards going forward or another share placing as last one was oversubscribed and put to bed in hours without the need for partner or bank financing

Acts of nature uncontrollable but human error possibly avoidable
I appreciate too this is oil exploration and it comes with all risks
That’s why we’re at £1.09 and not £5 at present
But with alkaid being on Dalton and taps close by and all year. Workable site any problems we will have timeframe to remedy
My thoughts only plus a few quid in the bank too doesn’t hurt

I get from the interview. Last years offer of a 10 digit deal was On a three stage proviso with a tiered percentage limited percentage to no more than 49%
If theta and talitha recent drills and flow of oil was first proviso
I imagine as mentioned alkaid 2 horizontal
And trucking of oil and selling proviso 2
And finally next winters second drills at theta and talitha being successful proviso 3
Taking on board a farm in partner I. The fall would certainly help with financing next winter but not totally
Needed if deal is not right for us and company

Pantheon then is a producer and we have money going into the bank
As also said before institutions will sit up and look at us as we then have a steam of income
That said I’d prefer to sell out 50% of the company for 5 b and retain the other half and go on a free ride to see where it takes us

Is gentleman not correct 20 billion barrels in place which I’m sure it was 17 billion once read but happy to stand corrected and 2.2 billion of that recoverable
And hoping next week for an upgrade to both these two figures
Also to add the percentage pantheon is quoting from oip to recoverable is lower than the industry standard percentage figure quoted by others

So talitha and theta even though oil has been discovered and flowed are still deened exploration and so have to go back to become appraisal wells possibly next year
Very exciting for alkaid in th summer would you agree
