88e does seem to be grabbing the attention of a whole new audience here
But hasn’t it been said in the past we only need to get the attention of the American market and this share will fly
Considering it’s all or nothing for us in Alaska and also Biden making it harder for any further leases in this area
And with our company headed by Paul not to long ago whom had a noted history in oil exploration with eagle Ford a point now picked up by some over the pond
There has always been a fever surrounding finding the next big thing and with a share sub of 1p but numbers of possible oil barrels find in the billions is causing a stir add in social media which I’m not up on but is I’m told like wild fire and we got hit
Defo watching asx open tonight and lse in morning
If we open at the same fever from Friday close then wow gonna be a week and still 3 or 4 weeks before results so a potential I would say could easily eclipse out previous high 4.5p years ago

As word has it Reddit is mentioning 88 e a little and with a readership I’ve looked at of 400 mill and with these phrase term fomo a herd mentality may be the reason for buying in

Checking the price history in June 2017 pre drill we were at 4p we rose quickly from -1p.
And that was without striking oil
So not at all impossible to hit again 4p + could it be said if this time we strike in next month
Also have to say being a long term holder and holding a great deal of shares how long can myself and other investors still show interest in 88 energy with Dave gone and any further cash raises If we aren’t successful with the next drill

Being along term holder and holding a great deal of shares obviously concerned with both daves decision to quit and cash raise
Dave s decision is personal as his stated and cash raise I’m not surprised as all going well this will fund the 2 nd drill straight after the first in late feb early March
As a lot on here not too happy to have suck a large share base 12.5 bill but also know now we are exploration and not
Production and so have no form of income
But also know that Dave does have a knack of attracting farm out partners to show investment and does a placing like this one with
A full book build taken very quickly both
Showing a good form of positivity
And interest in us at a difficult time globally and in through the industry

Lots talk regards valutions today and estimated resources barrels
Bit confusing for some of us as we now have peregrine aswell as our old friend icewine acreage
And huge figures banded around billion here billion there but unsure what this means to us
It was mentioned earleir that we paid with shares approx $6.8 million for xcd and so if we have a partner in farm out shortly and we give up 50% then we would want him to be injecting minimum $3.5 mill and if it was $6.8 m for 50% does that mean we are then on a free ride
Also what’s percentage of all this is retained by our old partners burgundy resources incl peregrine acreage

Not to wise on exploration . Oil companies but would I be right in assuming as we don’t have cash income as yet we cannot this borrow for funding to keep
Lights on and so have to raise Cash then from dilution and share placing
Also to add last drill cost us nothing at all but £24 mill to pmo who now have gone and we have just had a positive rns re drill results and soSeeking another partner for possible drills early 2021
With us having now 4 negative drills re producing what is the norm in the industry before a major strike would be Interesting to
Know
I believe I once read concophillips had 150 duster drills before strikkng oil it at eagle ford
So fingers crossed and hope for a positive few months
