If company was to delist and go
Private how would that be for investors doesn’t sheik have to have 51% interest in company
But speaking to few other guys believe something is afoot with the name change and consolidation of shares

For a company a week or so ago worth a little over 1 million why would the sheik be wasting his time or money on such a dormant company

I have a quick question if I may
Earlier there was talk of the osh and Armstrong deal at £400 mill for 125 mill barrels of oil
And this was at a much less price of oil at the time
How similar is this deal to any we may be doing with a farmee
Ie is the
Oil 125 mill barrels been for proven with a flow rate and positive production or is it like ours just oil in the ground that has to be drilled and proven to flow

Lots of worry now it seems and concern and non communication from bod now we are weeks past the determination date of end q1.
We may not at this stage have a confirmed fo before and but I don’t believe there is then no value to the company and it’s all over or a further fund raise and another few years wait
The assets of the company are still in place and an offer has been made for the company as a whole in the past and with proven resources is still.of value
So I’d like to see a for sale sign put out and look at who bites in the event of a non fo
As a lot on here been here many years now and need to move on and also get a good nights sleep lol

Whilst waiting for any news I’d like to ask a question if I may
We’ve always understood from big Dave that we are an exploration company and not production and on successful oil find will sell up and move on let the big boys get it out the ground and get dirty

This is mind without sounding stupid would it not have been more beneficial then to realise through independent co the size of the potential resource as we have with unconventional and conventional and let the big boys do their first flow test wells as they are more experienced and better funded
Just my thoughts or is it not a recognised asset until we have proven it flows successfully

But as another chap said it’s your call and you say you might get out this week
I don’t know if you planned to go to agm next Monday as I believe it’s in Perth and maybe be our eyes and ears so to speak
With a possible no deal on the table for a farmout id like to hear daves ideas s going forward
But I do remember he was made an offer many moons ago for a buyout I talked to him about at a presentation and I believe this would always be a final option wether with the original company whom
Made the offer or putting a sign up for sale
Just my thought but as the other guy said I’d say wait a short while

I’ve no intention of selling out as I’m now in for a very large slice of 88 not too far away from the holding dave has and this gives me confidence that he has invested also his own money and took sometimes shares at top up stages

Having always kept positive re position of 88 energy and my investment
Now find I’m feeling very nervous te a farmout agreement and hoping we will hear this week sometime
Or at least before agm as promised by Dave
Looking at both sides and keeping an open mind in the event the fo does not appear find it hard to see how we can raise further funds and progress forward to any sort of drill program or the time needed to pull on board a farmee for unconventional
Would it then be an option to package all we do have an look for a potential purchaser for the whole company as is
And would this be welcomed by all long term holders and institutional investors
Not meaning to be doubtful of our position just feel after the time here now a lot would like just to get there investment back if nothing else

A long time ago at a investors meeting de told us all present he’d had an offer which he had turned down
This was based on conventionala and unconventional no winx no Yukon no fo
So I do believe 88 is still or more so a saleable asset with
The conventional now increased
We know we have oil but not the funds to retrieve but that was never our goal it’s was to prove up and sell out
Let someone else get dirty
Whom ever made the offer may be one of the same looking at a fo

Hi all reading posts and probabilities if successful fo and winx
We can only go with what we know surely
I May be wrong so will stand corrected but I read recently the winx drill is in an area which has had 26 previous drills all successful and the farm out was extended because of multiple tier 1 parties being interested and for Dave to achieve the best result for us
So I’m going with both these and hoping for either one othe other to occur as either will push is to another level keeping in mind talk of a further partner later in the year for iw2
And Yukon gold due out shortly
