The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Indeed, barges are merely large wheelbarrows, without a wheel.
Cash-burn will kill it before profit is in sight.
Directors will be minted; existing share-holders (including me) will be toast.
What about the £400k-ish that JW paid to his "brother" for "survey fees" on his poxy fishing boat?
LWHL,
"John has done nothing in my time as a shareholder to give me cause for concern" - you must be very new here. The man is a serial liar - see "shovel-ready", Subsea, RNLI and others for details, not to mention his phoenix history. Doubtless this post will be expunged soon...
"Regarding the new energy company set up yesterday, local chat is HARL are planning to work with Wartsila (Finland) on a battery storage project to store electricity from renewable sources."
Chortle, chortle...
What does encouraging girls into maritime have to do with decarbonisation? Do they guff less?
Broomtree,
Do you really believe that HARL has a "billion +" pipeline???
Bubble,
In my world, "only a few hours" doesn't constitute "all day" - perhaps that's why my company makes money, whilst HARL doesn't...
I was at Seawork today, on the H&W stand there was a lot of smart-phone usage and little else, although I was there for only a few hours (their stand was close to ours).
"...compleated..." - is that a good thing?
Looks like end of next week, sister vessel bumped back as a consequence. Problems not in the engine room...
Looks like Highlander's stay is being extended.
Bubble2021,
What on Earth are you talking about?
What has Gresham House got to do with the price of eggs?
European Causeway and European Highlander will be docking in Belfast for major overhauls in April and May; how much HARL will earn from this, I have no idea.
A lot of entirely factual and accurate posts have been deleted here recently, presumably at the request of the company. I wonder why...?
If the company struggled to borrow at extortionate, usurious rates when money was, effectively, free, how are they going to manage as the cost of money goes (comparatively) through the roof? It could be an interesting week in the money markets, methinks - one thing is for sure, the debt junkies' days are over.
Er, debt?
Guffy,
HARL does not have a £1.62BILLION contract with the UK government.
Enough of your lies.
Have the big boys been tipped the wink that the attempts to refinance and extend the debt (which is already horrific) have fallen over?
The judicial review decision can't come soon enough. If it's negative (and, given that JW is only "reasonably" confident), then God help us all.
