The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Bubble,
Have you ever got anything right?
Any meaningful director buys in the last few years?
It's "peddling" - Consuela may, or may not, be a cyclist.
Juyamah,
You are aware of the 100:1 share consolidation, meaning that today's close is lower than the 0.2p you mention?
Bubble reckoned I would go into hiding, why would I, when Islandmagee was the only reason I invested in Infrastrata, in what we were told was a "shovel-ready" project? Turns out there's still a long way to go. Gosh, was I naive.
Remember when the original justification for buying the bust Belfast yard was to secure cost savings in the fabrication of the infrastructure for IM?
Xenor,
Why?
Xenor,
Are you a bossy headmaster at work, telling people what they may not do, whilst encouraging them to follow your lead?
It appears that I am the only one left incredulous that JW's latest wheeze is to claim to be looking at operating a ferry service. Even for him, this is bizarre. Smacks of a last desperate attempt to hoover up some public money - is it 1st April?
Mary,
Great link!
I have no wish to fight with you. Let's just acknowledge that JW has "form".
PS Prime contractor...
Mary,
Better to go to the horse, rather than the lazy press donkeys:
https://www.navantia.es/en/news/press-releases/navantia-firma-el-contrato-para-la-construccion-de-tres-buques-logisticos-para-reino-unido-por-parte-de-team-resolute/
I never knew that "consolidated" was a synonym of "tanked".
Do Navantia know that Harl are leading the consortium?
And now 10p.
It won't be hit under those circumstances.
Si_Derman,
"As an aside. I noticed that a vessel had arrived off the North Devon coast that according to its info had originated from the SeaRose. I thought it may be coming into Appledore but watching its activity it seems to be doing survey work, along with the Kommandor Iona, for the proposed Whitecross windfarm array."
Is it JW's brother's "survey" boat?
Biggins would do a better job.
He is known as The Liar.
Guffy,
JW could sell Islandmagee and just about cover the company's debts, given that the project is hocked to Riverstone anyway. He would then be left with 4 loss-making albatrosses.
Guffy,
Guffy,
You have served your ban. Odd that it wasn't permanent.
Kaeren,
"Personally I think there is more fabrication on here then we will see collectively at all the yards."
On that, we can certainly agree!
"...a significantly enchanted position...".
How sweet.
I happened to walk past one of my colleagues today and overheard "Harland and Wolff", so stopped to ask what was occurring. The W.B. Yeats is booked for docking in Belfast in November, no idea of the full scope of works beyond our own. Apparently the engineers hate working in Belfast, as the yard staff are so incompetent, last job there should have taken 5 days, but ran to ten.
What are they all doing? That's three-quarters of a million quid a week in cash burn, right there.
Won't LSE put down the mutt, for his own good?
