Don't post inaccurately Uddin... Suspended for a couple of days over 2 months .. trust me i've seen way longer. Suspended due to an admin error they wished to sort at the time..and nothing else.

"The Company has requested the Suspension as a result of having just become aware that the Company has been dissolved by the Jersey Registrar of Companies (the "Registrar") with effect from 1 October 2019, due to certain annual filings to the Registrar having not been made and certain associated fees having not been paid. The Company is investigating why such filings were not made and such fees were not paid, though the Board believes that it is a result of an administrative error. In the meantime, the Board has taken and will take all requisite action for the Company to be reinstated by the Royal Court of Jersey (the "Royal Court") as soon as practicable. It is expected that the Ordinary Shares will be suspended from trading on AIM until such time as the Company has been reinstated by the Royal Court, with such reinstatement to be with effect from the date of dissolution (i.e. 1 October 2019)."

That's because 90% of the PI's invested here were brought about due to the Covid-19 test, Cancer treatment aside, they made a raise as big as they've done because they knew another op like this was never gona come around...simple. The affirmer tech was acquired in 2012 i believe and they never would've or have, for that matter, been able to make such a large raise.. the drop therefore is also because of the same fleeing PI's after what they've seen in the webinar/presentation which I still haven't had the chance to look at... but tbh, I thought it would've just been 'sentiment' bolstering.

Also alongside that is the very red day on the markets, both here and the states..and i'm sure in Asia too later. Let's hope i'm wrong as it well affect my other higher tier shares..grrr

Dan yes the MC here is 11m, but why is the MC of GGP @463M? (although I believe that to be a lil inflated), greater sentiment stock with a MAJOR miner doing there due diligence, although they've been there before with Newmont and Newmont walked away, now Newcrest I believe is there.

In that case good luck mate... GGP has a larger multiple gold mining surfaces WITH and major interest from TOP Gold miner...and THEN it is above 10p, only recently!

So how you can justify the same price here, just doesn't make sense....NOW, when the mining come into production, then it's a different ball game altogether.

I would've held...but there's absolutely no justification for the rise aside from the release out of suspension... as I said the funding with partner was announced 2 weeks before suspension and so priced in already...so no reason!

You lot are having a laugh... I got in for a trade at just over 3p and am already out.. Funding was established well before suspension and raised with a partner to production later this year... It didn't do a spectacular rise then... so why now? lol.. do the maths, someones gona be left with a big baby to hold

The reason of an investment here is very simple... and I can't believe people can even make a viable comparison of Avacta with NCYT, the differences are stupendous to say the least!

AVCT are working with a test that's not only immensely faster than the broader market, (currently), but it's also a POC test and there, is the biggest advantage to NCYT.

YES... I agree that NCYT have the test already out there and that is what is holding their share price/MC, as the market doesn't really have another test to turn to, BUT the operation of that test is a tad long winded, but like I said..currently it's lack of a better thing!

It's pointless comparing the tech...which is miles apart, and should the AVCT affirmer test come to fruition, far far superior! When and if, AVCT announce positive tests and a move to production... It's natural to assume NCYT sp will plummet, hence they're objective is to get as many orders signed & fulfilled before AVCT announce this good and welcomed news!

THAT is what makes AVCT the Goose that laid the golden egg, but it needs to be expedited as the longer it takes, the greater the risk of someone developing a similar or faster POC test! With bated breath...with bated breath!

£50 talk is absolutely pointless right now and assuming we have have positive data going forward.. £5 easily attainable. Furthermore...every Tom, Dick, Harry...and Mary, ( just to be politically correct and not offend the feminists here), will sell, skimming off the top..Including Myles, It's just makes good investment sense, as there'll be other rolling investment you'd want to secure rather than just hedging your money in one stock!

IMO they had to release something before the presentation/AGM... otherwise wherever they're asked questions, (should it be allowed).. it would've been a slaughter! I expected the price action this morning, as I believe the fact we have II in America loading up has already been priced in... the only rise we were going to see was the PI's excitement..not the major players.

Also today is prob one of the worst days in terms on indices/markets, in the last 2 weeks, due to fed announcement yesterday being less than positive...and the futures are not pointing to anything better tbh...well not yet anyway. Add to this the fact that the yanks are expecting a 2nd wave due to their own stupidity.. be it a 'Too Early' removal of Social Distancing, or the rallies with mass gatherings for George Floyd, which ironically will see more deaths ethnic minorities, as they're more susceptible to the virus. It's a win win for the racists over there!

Aside from yesterdays TR1 RNS, we're also still seeing large clump sells on the hour...every hour and are awaiting a TR1 in that respect..and i'm really surprised we haven't had one yet as they've been hammering away every hour last few weeks.

It's a bit of a mini blood bath today on the markets.. but once the news is absorbed worldwide I reckon it'll recover..

Markets are li'l red atm, FTSE and American and European futures.. that's all. A lot of stocks have been affected. I would rather sell after the retail ban in general is lifted mid-June. Makes more sense...IF i was going to sell! IMO

What that chap did was very wrong... he jumped in with over £100 Grand without doing any due diligence..and then did the worst thing, jumped from share to share..again, little or no research...Unfortunately AIM is a gladiators arena, and listening to others on whether to buy/sell stock without any DD, is prob the worst mistake you could make.

I wonder how old he was?... Considering he had so much money saved.. he must've been in his 50's..pure speculation on my guess. Like I told him... he should've first spent a few months learning how people and markets operate, you'll quickly see who the sharks are... the rampers... the de-rampers and the cogs of their operation... THEN he should've started with just £20,000 and diversified on research.

I hope this company pulls it out of the bag for him...as I said, being on the side of a loss as large as that cannot be good for his sanity.

Mortgagefreeman, the day of the placing the sp fell to 1.29 on the mere news of placing and not the issuance/flipping of those shares. Those are the plain and simple facts!

People need to use more logic and less emotion, the purpose of AIM is for companies to prove themselves and raise funds.
