Feel for the LTH's here... was a solid stock 2 days ago. Just goes to show how things can change on a coin in AIM. Question is, where is the bottom as the general markets are F**ked as it is, therefore the freefall could go further.

Problem is that this sort of news tends to sway end consumers these days and I believe this impact is whats effecting the share price. Customers these days are much more conscientious about their purchases and the practices of the companies they purchase from..

Lol...nope, I don't have the funds anyway...it's all in stocks.. Anyway, the only time I would've bought more was on that McNasty drop this afternoon..which was way overdone!

Assuming they can control the CV-19 lockdown situation, Govt. is desperate to get the economy rolling again. Leading up to the 11th of July this will be at a much higher sp. Excellent price to top up!

OilNovice, I 100% agree the massive effect an announcement to the effect of "Development is now complete and the LFT has been proven to work to guidelines and distribution, sales, is now our prerogative and will be expedited with immediate effect", on a turnaround in the SP, most definitely ... Financials are already known as they have substantial cash in the bank through the raise. A sales report will only be in effect whenst the LFT has proven itself and orders start falling in...AND trust me..as you all well know... a fast effective 10 minute test is the one that will dominate the testing market.

The market and sentiment that has driven the market cap to swell and reflect our current sp is purely the LFT for CV-19, NOT the Cancer treatment projects. Time is now of the essence as it's running out and leaves an open door for another quick and effective test to come to market, and should/if that happen.. it's over for AVCT!

What?..lol... NCYT has a sales market, AVCT currently does not.. I'm surprised most don't get that simple business phenomenon!....AND.. NO i'm not invested in NCYT, their test takes too long to have a real time working impact on the economy!..but lack of anything else drives the market for sales to them!

I'm not so sure in AVCT's strategy atm.. I can't understand the reason they seem to have taken their finger off the pulse, and the only reason I can come up with is the fact they've got their cash from the raise and now regard the LFT as a backup project rather than a front-line project!

Just as I write this post, the U.S Futures are all in the green currently except for NASDAQ, which is probably affected by the Facebook saga, which in-turn as a negative impact on the sector, but it is, or has been the strongest index recently so I expect to see a strong recovery here!

The broker ratings are purely based on their crystal ball foretelling on the market conditions as per current conditions.. the major indices need to be bolstered to see the change in future outlook. Unfortunately with the U.S in a current scale of panic due to it's Covid-19 re-emergence has caused issues over there which in-turn reflect over the futures markets.

The U.K has not gone/going through a similar scale of events but nonetheless the fact that people are not adhering to lock-down policy, or at least adhering to basic isolation/social distancing procedures, (Beach congregation, BLM Marches, Partying..and other related events/gatherings), ensues the possibilities that we also will see a near future where a rise, rather a substantial rise, of CV-19 cases, alongside deaths!

Let's hope the general populous comes to their senses before it's out of control.. At least we are now better able to know the look and shape of the evil and deal with it accordingly with advanced preparedness on a health services level!

Yep agree, I added more..great price and soon as FTSE decides to look a lil greener, this will move back to the 38-40 range and work from fundamentals outlined already by many!

It's fairly understandable to assume the situation in the U.S along with the impact on the indices, not to mention the demise of INTU which has tbh rocked the foundations of the retail sector.. and these are the fact u negated to mention in any of your posts, instead you came on here and made a brash retort against another member, who may well be wrong in his predictions, but you could've come across a bit more guided with all your so-called wealth of experience. Aside from the one individual, no-one really has over-ramped this share, rather based comments based on facts..

You reap what you sow bud!...Arrogance won't get you anywhere, especially not with me, but I'm sure you don't car about what I think...regardless I purchased in the 20's region and so am happy for the retail community to move into full swing and the value to be added to the share!

INTU seems to have caused the tectonic plates to move in the sector ... very sad shame should administration be finalised in respect to employed and businesses.

Markets need to be calm and look positive...which is not the current reflection based on the indices in the states. Hopefully we manage the situation better here!

No it won't hit 55p.. It marginally hit that level at March height of stock fall in markets in lock-down, now businesses are re-opening and Govt. will have to manage Covid-19 through other methods rather than another lock-down as it's way to damaging to the economy. The market indices are generally all in the red due to the U.S management of the virus, and it doesn't help they have the worst president managing the country to date.. talk about a double whammy of epic proportions!

Excellent update in light of current conditions... shame ftse is red...else we'd be much higher!

Seems the U.S can't seem to bring the virus under control over the pond, ripple effect over to the FTSE, even after we've begun to turn the cogs of the economy again. Yes Hammerson is the largest shorted stock, but even then we should return to stock value pre-covid to a certain degree.
