Just to put it out there, and for clarity sake.. I'm not one of those guys that likes to announce when I've sold on the same bb of the sold stock...But I did sell up the rest of the shares I held when the sp was in the 68p area which was too good an op to pass up as I still hadn't applied for the open offer. This was always a medium term hold plan for me... and the whole plan was scuppered when the open offer placing was announced.. what was it? ...literally 2/3 days before the vaccine announcement lol, bad timing or what!.. else I think the sp would be more close to 80p than 60p right now!

Anywho... I think, as WillInvest said, might just apply for what I'm allocated rather than any extra, so that again I can afford to leave that alone and grow back to plan path as I do see the company dishing out an excellent 'trading update' in the early new year with Xmas results and any Jan sales figures! Do like the BoD alignment here, have always said that!

Well I've just checked again and I have until 23:59 on the 9th of December to act and apply for my allocation and any extra. That's with Interactive Investor, (ii). Also states I'll receive my entitlement on the 23rd into my ISA account as that's where I had held them. Not sure if they'll take the money straight away OR if they'll request the funds if allocations are fulfilled. Currently no free money as I chucked it all into a stock yesterday and this morning, (offer to good to miss), so will see tomorrow if I can free up cash... i might add, I'm still a li'l wary of how this will play out... let's be honest we're only 5.10p above the offer price...this morning it was only 3p above. As I've stated before, a dump of the stock on the 23rd/24th could bring the sp down to below 57p... Anyone else share this fear?

I mean, if i'm holding longer term...fine I suppose, in the bigger picture... but could I get the shares cheaper on the 23rd/24th.

Very odd... Been interested here for the last year, haven't bought as predicting the bottom after their last update wasn't the best... but if they can secure contracts again... back to 1.5-2p?

Investors looking for companies that have a future and are on the bottom rungs of a very long ladder...with scope!

I managed to buy more on the silly drop this morning, more to do with filling a buy order imo than anything else. Online presence strong. Street presence sales will start increasing as public comes out with greater confidence. Cash balance is very good.. and BoD have severely decreased cash burn. Sit back and relax... this will get higher in a few sessions. I don't expect back to pre-covid sp of 400p but I do see 150-200p as sales, especially with online presence increases...especially through and after Christmas!

Well I just topped up some more... best to take advantage here, should be nowhere this low, well well overdone. Enough cash plus positive future guidance, especially with an online focus/presence.

As you say Knowbodyyouknow, the foundations are there.. and tbh I'm more interested because of their online sales focus. I was also in BWNG, and would still be in if they didn't have the awkward placing, but awarded an allocation of shares through the placing which is still less than current sp...BUT the focus over there was also streamlined towards online sales and it's now the backbone of the company so to speak. I see the same here with TED, the drop was overdone and if anything should climb back to 125p as a base before climbing further. As I said before Christmas is just round the corner and we're looking at a good sales forecast for the period.

Watch the large buy orders pop up later, taking advantage of this drop.

Drop overdone here, forward looking targets look good here.. Next few days will see TED recover back to 130p. Onloine focus is very strong.

As am I mate... in fact so much so... I went through a few last RNS's just to be sure, looking for the elusive "Thursday" clue, lol...Alas, nothing I can see.

@Lyndhurst1973, No I don't you will see 5p... that's not in Trevor Browns interest. He'll stop selling...sp rises and then he'll order his broker to sell a lump. The cleverest thing to do is wait till the next rise and then sell up, and trade in that fashion.

Brown actually has a following, they invest in the same in what he invests and then sell on a large rise... I guess if it makes you money, good for them... but it's most definitely off the back of noob investors, unfortunately! IF you can look past the morality of the whole affair, good money.... not for me though.

On the contrary, he's a very shrewd person... He's not interested in seeing where the final picture is in regards to his investment. He's all about investing, pumping news, and selling on the rise. Make no mistake the man has made millions by doing this with a lot of companies.. there is no mystery to the man, his rules are simple, F**k everyone else, make money...suck dry...move onto next company. Hence when I look at a company, as soon as I see him as an investor or director, I avoid like the plague!

Classic Trevor Brown, and he's probably..in fact most likely reading these boards. He will be selling on any rise, and he's got a lot to get through. He doesn't do anything for pulling in pennies! If it was just holiday money, then he's made a generous packet already over on RMS, he's purely out there for himself!

The other-side of the picture is that as soon as that vulture is gone... this share will go places!

@Fun .. yes watched news earlier...seems they still have a few issues to iron out and Bumbling Boris is going to have a face to face with Ms. Von Der Leyen to come to a conclusion. Brexit headache has been going on too long, and I don't believe it was ever worth it IMO..
