E_AL, if all the top boys/entities/fund managers are working from the daily charts then the shorters will have no choice but to close out their shorts as the demand will be to great for them to fight against... eventually they'll have to close their positions as quick as possible and we'll have our short squeeze...

Well according to the daily chart, we most likely have another down day unless there's support at 110, otherwise we could see 106 and then the reversal. I don't expect us to see the 106 support as this was during a different period of support.. so a reversal could be on the cards sometime tomorrow... midday or into close.

I've put forward similar sentiment in regards to a fine. As I've said before, any un-biased judiciary committee/Judge would take the following points on-board before:-

1. MC drop since investigation began
2. Pandemic environment and MC drop in that respect
3. Abuse of contracts, those obtained through prior employees and current contracts.
4. Current practices of the current board and employees
5. Co-operation received with SFO during investigation
6. Loss of business due to SFO affiliation
7. Extended length of SFO investigation, (5+ years) with correlation with point 6

...And these are the reasons I feel there'll be little or no fine slapped unto the company... BUT like I said.. full brunt should be born unto Lufkin and associates!

It matters little, unless you're here for just the short term... I'll wait for Feb for the sentencing of Lufkin and to see if and what SFO's position towards PFC itself will be.

I'll be honest, this company's profile excites me, regardless of the dubious practices of the former employees, PFC has a tier one status in the middle east with contracts to support. Accolades such as holding 3rd position in the "Oil & Gas Magazine" top 30 contractors in the Middle East is no small feat. We're talking a company that at one point before the SFO investigation started had a market cap of over £6 Billion!!... and now a measly £400 Mil?

God loves a tryer, and the risk v reward here is worth it, and should a small fine against PFC be applied or "No further action" declared against the company by the SFO... then the acceleration of the sp, will leave you with whiplash.

Can you imagine if and when SFO announce they're investigation has been concluded and no further action is to be taken against the company itself! Whooosh, this could climb quickly back to the £15 pound a share region within the space of a month.
