Pmo mgt have said they have a target date of publication before end of dec, but this a target and cant be guaranteed. You will just have to wait, like the rest of us.

Wait for the prospectus on the take over, and then decide, along with the rest of the market .

At the moment, nothing. Which is slightly concerning given the creditors have irrevocably approved it . Not sure what we are waiting for given the shareholders have hobsons choice but to accept.

Ant, until if or when the shorts close, we will not know the answer. At the moment, we dont know. The prospectus might give some clues, hopefully, should be this week. If this has positive news re hedging poo and dividend policy, then expect sp to respond well.

NF, that may be case ( higher enterprise value than old co ) but does it take account of only having 5.5 ,% of the new co. Hmm, that's the big question.

Oh and let's not forget if the unitisation process gets completed with pemex soon as may be the case this asset can be sold to raise substantial funds to pay off debt/ creditors and improve the balance sheet considerably

The deal is subject to shareholders approval so if they (we) vote no, then it's not too late to get a better deal and the chances if that are rising with improving poo.

It was reported earlier today by one of our posters the prospectus is still " in the plan to be published by end of dec " that's sounds to me to be less than a wholehearted commitment. Maybe there's a plan B that doesn't involve Crysoar given the improving oil price. More left to run in this long running pmo soap opera ?

Surely SK, the market cap is determined by share price x no of shares in issue. Since the prospectus cant determine the share price- as this is the function of the (free) market, then it's not possible this can be in the prospectus. Agree ?

It does not bode well that with brent above 50 and rising pmo sp is stagnant. Hmmm, not looking good.
