So, if this is not a dilution, and for the sake of argument, I have 100k shares in old pmo, then will I have the same no of shares in the new pmo ? If so, the only thing not certain is the price of those shares in new co. However, at the moment my existing shareholding is a certain percentage of current total shares in issue ( circa 980m) If the new issued share capital is in excess of that number , then that is effectively a dilution as I willbe holding a lower percentage of issued share capital.

Too much uncertainty until the prospectus is issued . Folk are waiting to see what the dilution is .

Interesting. I agree, the pmo mgt team were dull as dishwater and lacked almost everything. Bit disappointed that the chairman didn't strengthen the leadership after he was appointed. New co team are in a different league

Lots of speculation about this and m cap post reverse take over. No one knows until the time comes , but the shorters will have to repay the shares they borrowed at some point , currently in total about 11 per cent of total shares in issue. Given the imminent issue of the prospectus, surely they have gambled that the resultant share price will be lower than the one they borrowed the share at. So, not much chance of the sp being above what it is now in the foreseeable future.

If not invested already, best wait until the prospectus is issued, then decide. Should be out next week.

Good evening everyone, long time since my last post but have remained heavily invested through these turbulent times. It certainly has been squeaky bum time and shareholders could have been wiped out completely . So, although new owners have struck a hard bargain,we do now have a future and the opportunity to prosper. Lots of speculation about market cap and sp post launch, but in reality no one knows until we get there. What I believe though, and very strongly, the intangible element of sentiment will be much more positive with the New co than with pmo who were lacking in both vision and strategy. The balance sheet will also be v much stronger

Indeed, however, the hearing has already taken place and concluded l a week ago. The judge needs to write up her judgement based on the evidence presented. This is quite possible to do at home and then publish the findings. No need to attend any public court gathering. Any decision is then subject to appeal by any party which, if exercised, it may then get stalled in the current situation of cancelled events

EC, approval of the SoA does NOT mean extended credit is approved as this is conditional on shareholders approving two of the three acquisitions. If these acquisitions do not go ahead, for whatever reason, the credit extension is null and void and we are back to square one. The whole thing is a package of measures which are conditional on each other . PMO's strategy though is to win approval for the SoA so they have options going forward to consider, lose it and these options close off considerably. I think we will get news tomorrow .

Keep out of oil, best to go for tech stocks : Google, Microsoft, Amz, Apple. They are cash rich and will come back really quick when all this is over.

Indeed, Saur. Valuing pmo in todays climate and predicting sp movements, is anyone's guess

Im sure the company and Creditors are very mindful of that ( repay of debt) which is why they need agreement

My belief is that PMO want to win the case in order to retain the initiative and flexibility on options going forward which may be different to the ones currently on the table. If they lose, these options dramatically narrow and its hard to see the mgt surviving a defeat.

The plan to buy the assets is correct, its all about the timing. Now or next few months is not right. So get SoA agreed then wait until calmer waters, no need to rush. BP, Dana will wait.
