Hunter, I appreciate your balanced view. It's important we keep a sense of perspective because as ever with pmo, there are always twists and turns that keep us guessing, and waiting!

What Are Preemptive Rights?

So you only get shares if you participate in the placing. Unlikely that pmo will place shares with arcm given its underhand behaviour and opposition to pmo's strategy. Interesting!

BB, the reason why I'm here in pmo is: they have a first class mgt team, the right strategy, and world class class assets with great prospects coming through. Quite why the market doesn't see that, is a mystery. Or is it they are just waiting for arcm to get out of the way? We will soon see.

The issuing of new shares to purchase new assets is priced in hence the jump in SP when announced, as you point out. What wasn't priced in was the dramatic fall in poo due to the virus ( now recovering) , the value of zama as this is not known for sure , nor any benefit from Charlie 1 spud as this is not known either and not certain by any means So, as I see it, its all upside from here.

BB,Storm Dennis is nothing compared to to the storm brewing for ARCM and their investors now that TD and Co has outsmarted them and they now have to work out how to close out their record short without costing them millions; when poo is covering, news shortly regarding Zama sale, Tolmount, and Charlie 1 spud courtesy of our friends at 88E, oh and results due 8 March. 150 on the cards v soon . All looking good imho.

Thanks too from me. I agree with Gripps, we should be at 120 now and looking forward to 150 post results day. Minimum. I can remember 135 not too long ago. So let's be a bit ambitious given the vastly improved fundamentals since then.

OK, but my point is still valid, whether through a placing or rights issue they ought not to be buying more shares as they have said the strategy pmo are pursuing is wrong.
