I think it's fair to say TD and his crew were out of their depth managing the creditors, the seeds of which were sown when the deals were done way back. Were now in with a new crew under Capt Cook who are much more savvy and better connected in the investment community. Whilst the deal is poor value for pmo shareholders, it represents an opportunity which was not available under TD. Let's hope for a good resolution after 12 Jan .
