As per P5 of October 6h presentation, there are 6 month and 12 month lock ups in place for those shares issued to Harbour Energy and other Chrysaor shareholders, respectively. Senior creditors who end up holding more than 2.7% of the Combined Group will also be subject to lock up agreements. As it stands today, this is only relevant for ARCM. That's the picture. Go figure the result. Happy days . Short term, shortage of shares.
