Jen, you make a very fair point. I raised this with pmo earlier in the month and was told they ( and HE ) have this in hand ( investor presentations and marketing ) let's hope so.

If the new co is an equivalent for lundin which is valued currently at 65bn sek, then this is 5.56bn in pds, which would equate to approx 31p if 18nb shares are in issue.
So, at current sp of sub 19p, that's quite a discount for new shares issued to creditors. Grab a bargain.

Oh, and by way of supporting evidence, Jens remarks below re lock ins for shares issued to creditors were confirmed by pmo in an email to me last month. Thanks Jen.

We ought not to be surprised that with so many debt holders receving shares for reduced debt balances, they would want these issued at a heavily discounted price in order to sell them at a higher price some reasonably short time later. So, until the issue of new shares I cant see the sp getting much higher than now, other than for completely external reasons outside the control of pmo/he mgt. Eg covid progress and poo.
