This is what pmo are doing to address the issue of shares being released into the market by creditors who do not wish to retain them, for whatever reason

So, whist we scratch our heads and wonder why the hell the sp is not going up with oil at over 60, you can bet your bottom dollar that HE's principal owners at 35 % holding will have done their sums and WILL get their returns ,. So, we will get our share of that in terms of increased sp and dividends at some point. We just need to be patient.
