sorted! Another chunk in the isa for a nice tax free rise. I see some moronic negative posts (mon3y, perhaps related to lovejoy) and the usual argumentative obsessive JJ are here. C'est la vie. Basically, the placing is still available and may well be so for a while yet as the SP is so similar to the placing price, but that will not last forever.
The nitrogen in Kansas is worth a load of cash, they just have to sort out a deal to action the drilling of further wells and the transportation of the product. The non-flammable product I should say. Ahem. A big deal for sure but there is value there obviously.
In the meantime the CBD crops will be coming steadily and before the end of the year things should start to look very different indeed. That's when the 'if only i'd bought more back in April at 8.8....' thought will pop into your head. I had it before in 2017 with the 10p placing. I did not leap. I have not made that mistake again. However, this time I cannot see a 'Renegade' to come and f@ck things up. The crops are repeatable. the fertiliser we own and provide, the staff are experts in this field. Bear in mind the farm in Colorado will become a giant showcase for the Nitrogen/hydrogen gas we produce so expect sales of the gas mix too.
And when we have cashflow in the future, then finally progress in Montana is on the cards, unless the rising price and growing shortage of Helium (and water.... another plastic pipe lol) bring a JV client to our door looking at the asset.
I don't mention ED or WD but WTI is in the mid $60's and this could change the numbers enough to get Renegade out of their cave or stimulate another deal or deals.....
So nothing to look forward to then? 24 months, 10 bag. Happy hunting. BH
