I have just put my spandex leggings on for the morning jog to the river... so to be brief....I think HNR are about to embark on a new phase. KANSAS. I hope ED can extend to lower sections at 7.5%. I have been very frustrated over the last 18 months and am currently poorer than I was. I have other investments that I am excited about but I am VERY excited about HNR through 2019 into 2020 and 2021...

I initially invested mainly for HELIOS and I will be keeping plenty of shares for that to happen. I do not expect massive progress on that this year though.

Summary? It's a great time to BUY HNR.

Not that I would wish you misfortune in any way. I have confined my posting to a minimum in you absence as there is little to say as we await the next news from Kansas. However, for you today (not for OSG he is fake fake, you are real fake) I have done a personal Q&A of my own...

Has the BOD let down LTH's? Yes it has from a SP perspective, for sure.

Is the company in a bloody mess, mired in debt with no direction or hope of new revenue streams? No it definitely is not. Lots of new potential, some of it of a very very significant nature.

Do the shareholders receive enough information about what the BOD is doing? Perhaps not, BUT, being that the company has a habit and track record of aquiring acreage on the quiet. there is a good reason not to shout about projects too soon and flag the companies intentions, as this could affect the companies abilities to secure extra land at a cheap price.

Do shareholders crave news in and unreasonable timeline? Yes, of course. Holding long term has been very difficult and we all hunger for a big positive result.

Is there news pending? Is there ever!!! The Kansas crop trial results, subsequent further lucrative deal with District 8, organic certification, Argon suitable for scientific purposes of HIGH value, East Denver progress on lower sections, West Denver progress, more water deals, CO2, etc etc

Is the BOD focussed of delivering SP value? Why would they not be, the CEO owns 10%.

Is there a risk of a placing? It seems unlikely at this time with good revenue coming in from East Denver.

Will we need more revenue though to keep the lights on? Yes, and they are sure working on that.

So what does the Hopper think??

I think we will partner with another in Kansas. I think the most exciting news in HNRs history is very close at hand. I think if you sell share now you expose yourself to a butt-clenching moment of misery when you have held for so long. I think the company is ....

Yep, hopefully a good outcome is in the offing. unless Renegade just want to sit about and get nothing from their acreage.

March is always a month that get the ball rolling for the year. this one looks like being no exception... did someone mention the B word.....aaaaccch. Let's stick with A for Argon and O for Organic.... with maybe an S for sixteen new XRLs

Like someone is trying hard to nudge this a bit lower......but really! Update on Kansas could come at anytime and totally change the landscape. ED cash flow coming in so money in the bank. Not even considering selling a bean. Just have to wait it out and see what the team deliver .....

So, the SP is static as can be and we await news on the crop trial/Kansas...... we can see that our CEO will be busy at two London Investor events at the end of the month where he will be telling potential investors why they should put their money into HNR....

I have been reading another board today, SML, where I have a significant chunk. There the regulars don't always moan but many are bemused at the level of the SP given that SML have no bad debt, a regular income stream, a new cash generative project coming on line later in the year and a massive prospective resource in the ground that should make the SP multiples of it's current level. it looks like a great share and the board own 7% so are fully invested in the companies future success and a rising SP. Feel familiar....

Here, we do not have the regular newsflow of SML, but we do have a nice cash generative project (ED), no nasty debt, a CEO with 10% holding, so very much focused on success and SP value, and a new cash generative project looming in Kansas. Plus other potentially massive reserves in the ground. Plus a potentially super valuable, patented technology.

So what is the difference?

I guess the information flow. The prospects here have just no been outlined in a way that makes it clear enough for investors to be confident in buying AND HOLDING stock. That's all. The prospects are incredible, but the belief is not there.... yet. Robert has to make people believe. That is why he is coming to London. Let's hope he has evidence of Kansas progress and/or further ED developments when he does rather than just words and promises. There is a reason for the cautious newsflow on the Kansas front. i think further acres are being acquired. We shall see.

He has 10%. He is down £2.4 million from 30p. Is he motivated to succeed? Ya think??

So that's why I hold a load of HNR. Boring...yes. Negative on share....definitely no.

closer to District 8 crop trial results/organic certification and a Kansas Nitrogen development plan......the current crazy low share price will not be available for ever. Remember HNR have a great revenue stream coming in from East Denver and the potential for more free carry wells there. Plus Water, plus DTU, plus Helios massive acreage, plus CO2, plus Uranium......

Nothing for Robert Price to talk about at the UK Investor show then.....

Trillsg I think the results are not far off. Let’s hope they are good. Early indications suggested they might be. But even if not the PURE Nitrogen is worth plenty anyway.

Then there is the mysterious Argon and whether it is depleted of isotope 39. I do so hope it is and frankly cannot see how it will not be. It has been trapped underground for millennia nd any Ar39 will have long since decayed as it has a half life of 269 years. This far too unusual a product for the market to ‘get’.....until HNR put a cash number on its value.

We need a plan for development to be outlined....BUT there is no bad outcome to Kansas that I can see. Just a matter of how good it will be. Keep the faith LTHs and wait for the news.

ED cash has derailed us for now whatever the trolls on here say. Wish I could buy a shit load more.....

None of us know for sure but Helios is not the current asset of key interest. Development there will required capital and or partnership I suspect. The key news we need is progress in Kansas regarding the cannabis trial and Organic Certification of gas (surely) as well as development plan/gas sales.

I wonder what Robert will be talking about at the investment show..... hmmmmm

And Organic Certification of Kansas gas will be arriving soon. If you were waiting for a great entry point to take advantage of this then your wish has been granted.

Annoying for holders but flipping great for buyers.
