The very base case revenue for 2019 assuming 3 indoor crops is crude $6million at wholesale price. No seeds, no flowers. No premium products. The actual revenue will surely be much more (double, triple) but the seed revenue will not arrive until Q1 2020.

What will the Mar Cap be then? This WITHOUT ANY OTHER DEVELOPEMENTS.

Hello JJ, how are you doing? Not heard from you much..... can't complain.

Just a thought...an outdoor hemp plant producing 30g of CBD oil could be used to produce 20 1500mg oil bottles as pictured on the new Zoetics holding page. 1500mg bottles in the UK sell for anything from £40 to £90 and I am guessing we are targeting the upper end of that in the US in dollar terms.

If HNR harvest 50,000 outdoor plant that equates to a revenue of $20 million IF HNR receive ONLY $20 per bottle. OK, it's a rough guess. But this is just for the plants, not flowers, and just for outdoor, not the rolling indoor production. I have reduced the probable retail value by 5 times. But whatever, the incoming revenue will DWARF East Denver revenues....!

Then in 2020 they grow four times as much outdoors or maybe more. And they sell seeds, and they have all the indoor oil. And they finally sell some nitrogen, and more could happen as you know.

Can you see them there buffers coming down the track... smack into them you will ;-)

They implied outdoor planting would be complete well ahead of the end of June so I'd expect notification shortly. Knowing HNR they will combine this news with other and so I think first smokeables are probably hitting stores now and we will get an update on ED all rolled into one RNS.

Harder to timeline sample product production using oil from compressing the rest of the bought plants once the flowers have been used. Anyway, the Schrader buy in was a good vote of confidence and we await the website with further pictures and prices.... clock ticking.....

#HNR taking a few today see a trade to 12.5 soon as first product goes live and with a fair wind 14. Later on with the CBD canabis and all products more towards 20 imo

still mid 10p and it will be 10 days into June on Monday.... there are now just over 140 million shares in issue and we only have the free carry from ED wells to keep the lights on and they keep us in the dark and feed us.... little..

WTF. How can you want to be in this!!? And some think all the other projects are dead in the water. Why the hell would you feel optimistic about the future here as I do??

Well, what is GOING to happen... from here....

Sometime pretty soon we are going to have our first Zoetic products released and on sale and there will be an RNS and a WEBSITE and some guys may even TWEET and stuff. Then, THERE WILL BE THE FIRST CROP from indoors (grown for seed we hear) and then there will be the OUTDOOR crop to give a whole lote more CBD. Then there will be more indoor etc etc and all the while the East Denver wells will be supplying cash too.

So not too bad. But what about something else? We still have a gushing N2 well to hook up to somewhere. It's been a year since the discovery. They have to do something with it at some point. Maybe they want to drill some more N2 wells in Kansas? They did increase their acreage from an initial 800 to over 3400 acres last we heard.

And they need to release their annual report.

And they still have a deal for 24 wells not 8 with True Oil.

And they still have half of Montana and a radical well protection/stimulation tech and other stuff too.

So whilst every now and again some negative types will come on here and have a bash and whilst if you bought a load of shares in the high teens and twenties like me, the SP might not be too hot just now, I suggest if you are waiting for 8.5p again you might be down on your luck.

I am surprised the 'June effect' has not kicked in much yet but I think it will. The initial CBD harvest is coming ever closer and there is nothing any de-ramping sponge brain can do about that ( is there boyos? )

In response to the list of 'failed' or 'silent' projects you just listed on the 'Lazy Hemp' thread, you are right that other than the 8 producing well in East Denver, none of the others have provided meaningful cashflow yet.

You KNOW that it is only a third party, Renegade, that have spoilt the ED play. Not HNR's fault. Only the West Denver scenario was really embarrassing.

Helios, which the company drilled and confirmed the gas composition of, will come to make a LOT of money but it is too large and expensive a project for HNR to entertain at this time. DTU seems to work well and will hopefully come to play a big part in the maturing shale industry in the US. The company continues to gather IP in that respect.

It is the Kansas nitrogen we need to monetise next, and along with the hemp under Zoetic this comanies finances will look VERY DIFFERENT in late 2019, let alone 2020. then your posts will come to revisit you.

Hello you lovely people! I have been away having fun and missed this new piece to the HNR game board.... but fear not... as an ex PhD Organic Chemist (yes I know, unlikely but true, and yes it was at the Dyson Perrins laboratory in Oxford, and no I am not a doctor because I did not complete my thesis... a long story...) i'd just like to share...

Thanks to Sub for the link to Phytatech where we see Stephen Goldman resides. Phyta are an analytical outfit whose business is going to consist in large part of sampling grown cannabis and hemp products and letting producers know what they have in terms of THC/CBD and other chemical components. Phyta will also check for any nasties including other organics (pesticides, herbicides, other) and metal contaminants levels in soil samples.

It seems likely Phyta were working with District 8, hence the connection. As is RP's method, he has obviously bonded with Goldman and now brought him onside with the offer of options, while HNR would have the IP to any new processes discovered.

Since we have a special clean site at De Beque, it would make sense for us to have proof of just how clean the Hemp and thus CBD oil we produce is. The beauty of our clean organically compliant Nitrogen/Hydrogen mix is that it will not bring any nasty large molecules with it and certainly not any metal atoms. So we fertilise in the cleanest way you possibly could and then Goldman uses Chromatography and Mass Spectometry to prove our product is top notch.

NOT everyone CAN do this or IS doing this. NOTE. They can if they but lots of EXPENSIVE gas from us. $$$

Why the big deal about plant genetics? Well different plants will have different yields in terms of CBD ratio to other cannabinols and also in respect of their overall product quantity. If you can grow seeds that produce the cannabinol you want in the highest ration then THAT IS VALUABLE and the seeds will attract a top price. Early days yet but this will be the hoped for destination.

Whilst Mr Goldman in busy analysing for a living he no doubt has his own little interests. Everybody does. This is the patent bit. The RNS refers to the methodology used to combine CBD into pharmaceuticals. There could be very many of these and it IS entirely possible that one guy in a lab will find something that others have not. It happens a lot. Big Pharma are always buying up small guys to get a bit of IP or a product they want to incorporate into their stable. Any piece of IP that has mainstream ramifications can of course become extremely valuable.

There is SO MUCH to do in Chemistry and companies have to concentrate on specific areas to get a product in their pipeline over the line. So whilst rnorth may know a lot about other companies in the cannabis field, this does not mean we might not generate our own IP in a particular area. Anyway, it's just a bonus, and means we have what looks like a very capable chemist on our team.

Hi HD, the plants are indeed still growing and the outdoor crop still being planted out in the optimally managed 16 acres and the ED oil is still flowing and perhaps at approx 3000 bopd as the chokes on 5 have been opened a tad. WTI mid $63's last I looked....

I know there are some cynical types about, so I was not surprised to see this drop. I was actually at my desk for once and bought at 10.9. 11 and 11.25 because a drop like that, on no news at all, seems just too much to refuse.

I note also our JJ acknowledged that reading the SP movement of HNR has become somewhat harder of late. An admission of trading if ever there was one!! Sorry JJ, it never made it to 10p.

But, there IS something VERY predictable about HNR at the moment.

The crop timelines are pretty clear and the ED revenue is pretty sure. so there are some things you don't have to work too hard to roll out into the future.

I am truly very interested to see where the SP will be by the end of June and into early July. Will it rise before a harvest or yield announcement or will it wait for such an announcement? Will it rise and then drop on news? Will there be other news in the meantime? What about the SP in September with the outdoor crop and sales results from the first crop. What about the SP in November with Outdoor sales and second indoor harvest? And on an on.....

On this basis I would say that as a long term holder the prospects look very good from here. What price October/November ? And what price end of summer 2020 after a massive outdoor crop!! Oh, and what price March 2020 after seed sales data released.

Or what about the 8 news wells drilled in late 2019 coming online early 2020 and mixing with the seed revenue......

..........aaaahhhhhhh am I getting ahead of myself. Perhaps.

I have refrained from posting on here as this BB, unlike some, is spoilt by a number of posters, the names of which you will be familiar with. I am surprised that these posters do not get banned from posting quite regularly as what they say is often libelous, or defamatory certainly.

I will be reporting any over the top posts in the future and I urge other sensible PXOGers to do the same. The comments made about the company strategy, intent, future and the integrity of the BOD is not OK.

I have this week aquired another 3,500,000 unpopped kernels at sub .17 and will continue to do so as conditions allow. Good luck and report the ridiculous posts. They are not OK.

Finally, of all the shares I have purchased in my time, this at its current price represents the most obvious future 'Bag' I have ever seen. When? Autumn, late Autumn, early 2020 for sure. i do not know as we do not know when Spain news will arrive or exactly when Italy revenue commences but bag it will .... and then some.

So I would build up a nice bag of corn and then you can gorge yourself at a later date. Really happy with my holding and hoping to add a good bunch more at these levels but depends on others share performances. GLALTHs

it's already Saturday afternoon and I have mainly sorted out my 'shit' from travel time and had a chance to read again this week's RNS. Points....

'Trevor the plant man', formerly of District 8 and now Zoetic is the expert on Hemp and the Cannabis family. He clearly knows all about the plant and what it likes and the strains etc etc. He has obviously seen that the flower boost give by the H2N2 gas will directly lead to more flowers and thus more seeds. Naturally, posh organic seeds from premium strains, grown in compliant, clean, state-of-the art surroundings fetch $$$. More $$$ than 'just CBD' or 'just organic CBD'. So he has whispered into RP's shell-like that we should SELL SEEDS.

Downside? Slightly longer grow cycle to allow seeds to mature, revenue stream pushed later to seed buying time late 2019, early 2020. Costs associated with seed testing, prep and selling. BUT.... MUCH MORE CASH.

AND, you still get a plant full of CBD as before. If any of the negative types on here would like to try to rubbish this then please have a go. Good luck.

And that's just for the indoor crops. Outdoor planting is GO and they look like they have kept it tight and organised so they can do it well and in time for optimum outdoor season. All good.

East Denver. All good and as expected the decline curve has been softened and even stopped for a while as 5 of the new 6 wells have their chokes slightly opened over coming days/weeks. Oil price looks as forcast in low 60's but may improve. If it does the well managed well management strategy (couldn't resist) will benefit our revenue. New ED deals are being sought so I personally think we will be drilling again this year in partnership with True .... but we will not know until we know.

Kansas. Nitrogen sales deal being sought. I was led to believe that sales discussion had already been looked at but H2N2 fertiliser result pushed them back. I think it is highly likely that a new deal will arise in Kansas this year.

So imaging that, on top of Zoetic and the ED 'covers our costs' scenario already in place. We would not be under 20p anymore, that's for certain. Of course we will get further news on Zoetic products, distribution, website and sales through May into June and July and then the outdoor harvest. But I think the other arms of the 'HNR octopus' will come into use too.
