Gas lady is a star 🌟 we all love her
No, not in your mind rojo, of course it doesn't
With all of Aminex's criticisms and no doubt alot are justified, though i think one thing is definitely worth noting, that we, and the TPDC/Government cannot deny, and that is, if it wasn't for the hard work/perseverance/gamble/risk taken by Aminex/share holders ( and I would add SOLO in there as well) then, Ntorya would not had been discovered.
And I can not believe that the Tanzanian Government do not believe and recognise that fact, and consequently injoy a good relationship with Both ARA and Aminex, for the benefit of all.
"How exactly are AEX going to do that if they have a "non-operational" forward strategy"
Well hopefully when Ntorya is up and running, and revenue is flowing we'll see things slightly different, ARA is a private company where as AEX is a public company, why risk your own capital on new ventures when you can raise it in the Market and reduce the risk, its an option that that ARA/Zubair's have going forward, so why would they turn their backs on Aminex and forfeit that option.
Anyway, I see Aminex as a vehicle that the Zubair's can and will use to grow their interests.
"and it may not be long before we lose the Kiliwani license unless we can get something moving on that project; the Tanzanian authorities are not going to allow us to sit on our hands, doing absolutely nothing indefinitely (despite what BG might have you believe)"
It would be legally very difficult for the TPDC take the 25 year development licence away from Aminex, plus why would they ? Infact the TPDC are working with Aminex and when they were going to relinquish the Nyuni Licence they were asked by the TPDC to keep hold of the Nyuni Licence to further try to farm it out.
From Aminex operations page
"Production Focus (Kiliwani North Development Licence)"
"Licence expires 2036 with no further commitments"
"deliberate ploy to run this company into the ground"
Mj152, what has been said by AEX, ARA or the Tanzanian Government that would make you think that. We are all getting impatient, and no doubt some are desperate for news, so the share price is representing the general mood and sentiment of the Market, but we all know that can turn on a sixpence.
("realists")
Lol.
Lol 😂, RoJo the craziest investor of them all, straight into subset minus one. Lol
"Aminex now anticipates early issue of the Development Licence which will allow the award of a rig contract and enable the drilling of Chikumbi-1 and the workover of Ntorya-1. The testing of Ntorya-2 is now scheduled for mid-year using an in-country mobile test unit."
"Â The authorities also indicated that the Development Licence will be received very soon. We will provide a further update to the market on the progress of the other Ruvuma workstreams in due course."
Or could be " very soon " lol
Yes, but he/she that sold, probably has not a clue re Aminex's imminent news flow or short to medium term share price potential, I would imagine alot of traders trades are short term reactive trades, being forced to cover positions elsewhere. It means nothing re Aminex's fundamentals.
Yes roll on that development licence and the CH1 rig contract, we'll all be singing a different tune then. 🙂
"or just maybe proof positive that AEX has become the new WEN.... ;0)"
Lol, no way Crusty, not with the incomming news flow and along with Ruvuma's crazy potential, two trillion cubic feet of gas already and that's just just from Ntorya. Nah no comparison 🙂
Plus 1 tcfg BOE, (in energy) equals 166 million barrels of oil.
Yes edgar, puts into perspective how big a trillion cubic feet of gas really is.
Even if ARA had drilled CH1 last year, they would still not be able to sell the gas until the pipeline is built, now planned for end of 2024.
I see you missed out the recently announced GSA, which is quite a significant bit of progress.
