yes cperkin, i'm pretty sure Solo's 25% share of the Ruvuma PSA is in focus, not just by Wentworth but also by Zubair/ARA, how it plays out remains to be seen, plus i still feel a good match or deal of sorts, might be being discussed between Aminex with its rich assets and Orca with its abundant cash-flow. Also its noteworthy that Orca has a somewhat complex and different PSA that would seem to over favor Orca more than the Gov and which is due to expire in 2026, plus there is some concern whether it will be renewed, so i think there could well be some over-lapping talks/debates/negotiations going on between the Government, Aminex and Orca ?

The other thing to bear in mind is, the Zubair's has already invested £20 million in the Ruvuma PSA license, when they drilled the NT-2 well, which gained them a 30% share of Aminex. So the Zubair's have already committed themselves to pursue the Ntorya development.

Well, i'm still expecting the farm-out to be signed off (soon), for all those doubters who believe that the Government will not allow the Zubair's to farm-in to the Ruvuma PSA should express their reasons for their beliefs, especially as up until now, the Gov has given no such indication that is the case. If indeed it becomes apparent, that for what ever reason and at this late stage, the Government will not allow the Zubair's to farm-in to the Ruvuma PSA, then wouldn't the Zubair's be completely in their rights to make a move on Aminex, via merger/acquisition and in so doing take full control of Aminex's recently extended Ruvuma PSA License ?

trouble is, suspending shares are generally only aloud temporary but in Aminex's case it seem that we have been permanently waiting 2 years or more? so i dont see how it could had been aloud. lol

i see it somewhat differently, if the Govt want to create the maximum impact on the election from any positive news, then timing is very important, to early and its diluted and forgotten by other events/news to late and its not absorbed by the electorate, i'm thinking about the end of this month to release the news and then a month to talk and publicize it.

yes, the thing is with hydropower the rain-fall cant be relied on so it can only be used to support the overall energy policy. you need a guaranteed energy resource if you want to generate sustainable growth.
