Nissin have not come out straight away giving full support to Darby, but are saying nothing. They will be discussing with premier what they can get out of this, business is business after all, I am sure Batchelors sale will be high on the list of items they will bring up as price for support.

Oasis are on the side of small investors and will ensure the board is pressured to deliver. Darby is more interested in the bond holders and helping himself to easy money without delivery commitments.

oasis are for the shareholders and will do what they can to improve shareholder value. Darby will line up his pockets and also his friends, he has shown complete contempt for small shareholders.

The market has only re-acted to what premier board have said, oasis have not yet released there plans, we will wait for these and then see where the share price goes.

The chairman could have contacted oasis first to ascertain their concerns, but went straight to defending darby. If the chairman gets feedback that other shareholders also want darby out, then he will change his position very quickly.

The chairman should also contact potential buyers whilst he is doing the rounds. I am available for the ceo role, but he does not have my number.

It's a tradeoff, we are better off by absorbing the cost of getting rid of Darby. It is a matter of time he starts giving profit warnings after saying business improving due to his magic formula, but is only due to weather and sales increase due to loss making business.
