The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Puny - your still on here posting your supportive dribble after losing how much? You belittle everyone because you know everything clearly! Whatever anyone views you say the opposite unless they’re talking this share down. Now shut up….
Pub man…. As an asset manager I think I know how the book operates!
BE EXCEEDED….analysts suggest a target SP of 103p minimum….and sellers are out at these lows!!! Madness…
Profits will be solid albeit a high inflationary climate with interest rates higher than envisaged. Strong dividend and improving margins will only make this group more susceptible to a t/o…. IPO TARGETS WILL
Trade volume low and the MMs are playing with fire…. RNS… will be out soon… 49p I see…. call it a vision…. but the deal will see equity rally…. BRV
All these negative remarks are like a crystal ball without substance or speculative innuendo..b s aka…. Solid company expanding so patience is the game. Stop talking down the SP…it’s called the market and most shares are down! BRV
Be prepared for the shake rattle and roll… the next chapter begins…so fill up by 9am…RNS due imho…. timing unknown…. DYOR…but this is a crown jewel…Wickes are on the sniff…BRV
Firstly the SP is so disappointing but this is gamblers paradise and personally, I’ll be in for more at 8am.
My fellow PIs; it’s a waiting game but I genuinely see PE with a small equity element coming. They have to simply replenish lost equity and the only way to do this is by issuing loan notes at a premium conversion price knowing full well that as soon as project completion is guaranteed, the the SP recovers …. see you at £1.60….bye for now… BRV
Not long now b4 we get the updates and acquisitions news… the target SP of 103-116p will get smashed…and M&A activity will not surprise me either…
RNS due imminently….. Glencore becoming hostile….watch the air around you…
🦁
………… the SP is a joke….
News will be coming….
Great value at this price....really cannot understand why buyers are not taking the plunge....... seriously!
Orion to be directly represented and Glencore. It’s taking shape for a convertible loan with supporting guarantees …looking good for us PIs…genuinely see 50p in run up to confirmation and then £1 plus as the project is completed and production at eo 2024….. A1 will generate net cash profit of £1.4bn (£4 a share), A2 £2bn (£7 per share and Vermelho £2.4bn (£9 per share)…all estimates but realistic…so risk vs reward, definitely at the current price fill your stockings for Christmas…ho ho ho
£200mn required to get this into production. So what an opportunity for cornerstone and majority equity owners to provide loan guarantees and be given convertible loan notes at say 90p. This will be guaranteed and include funding for a2 and Vermelho. This path will see existing equity investments value return and the SP strongly recover to £1 meaning no major losses for existing parties and ALL PIs… this is the best option imho…expect this to come to fruition….50p is coming…
Now is the time to pack these in ready for the dividend and huge spike. Upside potential of 100% over the next year with organic and acquisition Al expansion, ESG enhanced driven technology and products, strong sales, better margins and increasing product diversification. Demand is higher and revenues are predicted to consistently grow so very likely demand will be very good…..
Growth company with decent dividends and opportunity for increased market share (1% currently)… so much upside potential… excellent staff and senior management team… trading remains solid in a difficult consumer market proving resilience and product diversity. Expect targeted acquisitions… well cheap at current SP…
Expect RNS….
Pubman the undertaker - why are you seriously on this chat? You’re not invested and all you bring is sour remarks and negativity…and if it goes up in smoke no doubt “I predicted this”! All you spout is badness…hopefully you have little influence over market sentiment. Under FCA regs, directors have to act with integrity (not greed) and in the best interests of shareholders (fit and proper). Under AIM rules it’s stringent too. These shares will go either two ways, and your one way street has been noted so perhaps stop being so repetitive and respect those who have money invested. Cornerstones and majority shareholders won’t want reputations damage and must act accordingly… shareholders hopefully won’t be wiped out toss a coin. My view is it will be a bridging loan guaranteed by the 3 major shareholders … equity will rise and over time fully recovered…..shareholders protected…we shall see but you don’t have a crystal ball nor does any1 but your constant grim reaper remarks are not balanced…or required!
