Personally the best remedy is if GST keeps Semnet and they pay the consideration plus costs back (in which they also give the profit they may have sold 58m shares at in Dec/Jan. The remaining 22% Choo and Merv own we buy for $1.

You can't up the claim in arbitrations as both sides come to equity with clean hands.

GST went through a process that gave a formal settlement outcome which the other party didn't accept in the end. So next step is court. Arbitration disclosed more thn expected so Hoi now in the mix.

Simple really good move next step nets GST double the original claim.
