When you go to court the judge looks at the facts. Now just will use the Arbitration findings as it will same him time and process unless it’s a matter of law. Then he will apply law(gets complicated from here)

Now arbitration arbitrator will have some knowledge or maybe a layman. Everything should be disclosed at this stage. Judge will use this decision obtained in the arbitration as part of his decisions the court case unless it’s totally incorrect or a matter of law.

Off now for the day to enjoy the sun for big work around Sutton Park.

I then think the person(s) asking ‘where’s the contradiction’? Maybe the same person(s) that wrote the post in the first place as they can’t differentiate and pick up on it.

So mediation was a failure and being argued this morning but it’s given us a greater remedy to go to court with. On top of this argument is now suggesting it’s non binding (unless parties signed agreement at start that they accept findings)

Then how can a non-binding process be a failure it’s just a process in a lesser court.
