Should the MOU not proceed to a legally binding development agreement between Edenville and Sinohydro and if the BFS is subsequently used by Edenville with another strategic partner, Edenville will return the cost incurred for the BFS back to Sinohydro; and - No assurances can be given at this stage that the MOU will lead to a successful outcome for the Company and either party may issue a termination notice, giving the other party 2 months' notice.

I think this company is far from doomed... I just think that there are a lot of shareholders here that have taken for granted how little RS has spent so far in getting the mine up and running

I just see it now as the seller is in complete control of the SP.....Will they now ease off the pressure and wait for news from RS to create some volume, so we may get held back for a bit, but would clear the overhang Or continue to offload in a hurry, dragging the sp down below the placing price..creating the volume they need to offload by flipping the shares multiples of time

Come on Larry shares don’t automatically drop top the value they were issued because of MM manipulation... they just simply reflect on what going on in the background

Like I said at the time,,, a big 100m trade takes time to process, so they had a few days before hand whilst the mms work the trade...And also they've had all day Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday,and today.. As the buy appeared at 16:30approx on Monday

Well we never had that tr1 this week, that a few of you were expecting...... If it was a buy, the buyer was supposed to inform the market within 3 days...... As I said at the time, unusual trades like that could only be the placing being flipped..... And I personally think it's a good thing almost 50% got flipped so quickly after the announcement was made...... Volume is now key here..IMO... We need about 350-400m volume to make sure it's clear.. If RS can deliver us some good news soon... Who knows a few of you may even start to change your minds about RS It was always going to be a tall ask to start a mining operation on such a shoe Spring budget..... And don't forget we have no dept

Pa Richards, after the RTO I was one of the bigger critics of this stock, and unfortunately I never had any confidence to top up when we were below 1p, up until recently.... After all the overly hyped guff from David Lenigas, and I also felt that DL and DS made us overpay at the time for the rto.... However since then my confidence has returned and I have been trying to average down, Im even secretly hoping now that the s.p continues to drift between now and the next update so I can add some more...... I don't believe there is any such thing as a, sure thing,... But I will say this is fast becoming a favourite of mine And in doing so I have firmly draw a line through the past...

Just go to their website.... They have plenty of successful projects, all round the world, why would I be concerned just because they have issues on a single project, in some remote part of th world .. Too me its not a major concern

Larry, we would only owe money to sino,, if we use their BFS.. We could always do our own or get another company to do it....? But time and money again

Also In the email he metioned some of the delays are due to bureaucracy .........RS cannot afford to ignore the deputy minister of minerals IF after there last visit to the mine, they asked us to make improvements to certain areas of the license.... It wasn't that long ago intra energy had its license revoked for ignoring them......... Key word is IF ......
