Nothing's changed FK I still want out of this, I'd be happy even just to get 50% of my money back here.... I'm not sure as there has been much new to comment on over the last few months. I was hoping HH would save us, but as the weeks and months tick by, I think the probability of that happening is now becoming lessened less, also solo has lost over 30% of it value, since we took shares, our Alba share have also been diluted buy 25%ish value wise, not to mention our fresho stake has also been diluted since we first bought....... As for the newer investments, I think most of them are years away from where they need to be..... AC says he's looking to grow this into a 25m market cap...... I just don't buy into it, especially when I compare it with others...... I can even think of a company that reported over �3m ebidta has over �5m in the bank from profits not fund raisers, profits have been up 30-40% year on year, has paid a dividend, and is looking to pay one this year aswell, yet only has a �15m market cap.... Just wish The jermyn street possie would just get on with HH and stop dragging there feet with it, As good or bad results I will most likely call it a day here,

I remember buying this a few years back, around 0.7p, 2weeks later I sold up at 1.2p.only to see it continuing on up past the 3p.....doh .damn you aim market... I've not really looked at this since.. But I'm going to start looking again, Maybe I'm just a sukka for watching paint dry :-)

Just looks like the churn of the new shares being dumped to me......if someone's bedding an ISA, that's an expensive way to go about doing it Much cheaper and easier to just ask your broker to bed yor ISA for you!

I think many of their big customers are cement producers, the seasonal rains can delay many of the big infrastructure projects, that require the use of cement..... I've never really doubted the demand for the coal in Tanzania and it's neighbouring countries After all intra energy missed its target production target this year, as they were planning on mining 600k tons However most years they've had issues with badly made roads and poorly built bridges, stopping coal being transported from their mine especially during the rainy season

I agree with what you say, but I think thereare a couple of other positives as well, Such as, I think it was inevitable that consolidation was going to happen eventually, but I was expecting to involve raising more funds at the same time.... Secondly, If Odey were planning on taking this private, why would they bother to consolidate?

Think of it this way Larry Tomorrow the seller could buy until the sp reached .035 ... Reducing their average... Then a few day traders jump on board pushing the sp up a bit more.... They will switch back to selling mode and start taking it down.... But now they can afford to take it down a little lower.... Rinse and repeat until they get there money

the only one who is exempt from declaring their holdings is the placee, unless of course they are planning on holding the shares for any length of time then they would need to declare.... If other brokers wanted Edl shares they would have just participated in the placing Now that we are below the placement price, the churn really begins, as the seller effectively becomes buyer and seller now......to create the volume they need to encourage others to trade.. As norrab says, the pendulum swings both ways, and the big seller has complete control of the sp.

I believe that 100m buy was the first batch of new share to get sold, and that it was also the reason that the sp went from 0.5s -0.3s Any who participates in placement shares have insider knowledge They only break the rules if they tell others about it..... As for forward selling shares.... Show me an aim stock where this hasn't happened

Maybe it that 100m buyer that never declared there holding .... after all you was so sure it wasn’t the new shares being flipped ....: If you think the placee won’t sell below the placing price your wrong.... it just means they will have to flip them multiple times to get there money back, before the over hang clears
