I really disagree with the comments about having a salesman instead of a geologist running the company.... If you was successful in having the current bod removed... I much rather someone who has either a proven track record in the mining industry or someone who have a proven background in building thermal coal power plants Even in JM email reply he states that the demand for coal is there... That's not where edls issues arise IMO our problems lies in increasing production and also logistics

I agree with most of what you say Aerial..... And like I said the other day..... Those asking for an Egm.... Just what do you hope to achieve? ...... I've not seen any posters actually think this through.... Firstly you need need to organise yourselves... And work out exactly what it is you want to achieve by doing so... Then you need to come up with a plan on exactly how it is your going to achieve it... You also need to have an end game plan...... By this I mean, just suppose you manage to throw out the current bod.... Who will take over? And why will they be better than RS and co..... As the ways it stand right now.... It seems to me that most here haven't really thought to deeply about it, and are just p1ssing in the wind Aerial new world oils disgruntled investors managed to force something like this throug a few years back... But they were far more organised and had help from the hat Ben turney feller..... Although it never really made any difference what so ever Also Cerp/lgo managed it... But they had lots of help from ii's.

Larry delayed trades time stamps are always accurate.... It's just they are reported a few days later.... If you wanted to buy or sell 100m shares tomorrow, first the mms give you a price... If you agree.. They will then work the trade, it may take them a few days .... Once the trade is complete... Up it pops

Lol look at new world oil a few years back, 3xs the total amount of shares they had in circulation got forward sold the week before a fundraiser even got announced ......finally when they had to buy the shares back, because shareholders voted against the new shares.....Cris oils mum owned 30% of the company ...... :-O

On the positive side though big how....... The sooner they get flipped, the less influence they have on the SP

Big how, there are many reasons.... For instance , that trade could have been executed on Friday ..... Hence the drop on Friday, the mms may have only completed today.....and once the trade is complete up pops the trade... A trade that size usually awhile for the mms to process

It's most likely the new shares being flipped........ Also today's volume was almost equal to the amount of new shares hitting the market, just an observation....

The road was already there..... We simply spent a little money making it a viable route..... But is always going to need constant maintenance with or without heavy rain and heavy lorry use

Lol gravel roads+ lots of extremely heavy vehicles traveling up and down them and then add lots and lots if water.. Dig a whole in the ground... Watch it fill with water when it rains.....edl s production will always be affected when it rains for one reason or another

I know what your saying John, I but its relatively easy to develop a mine on a peice of paper and make predictions based on it It only when you actually mine the stuff for real...you find out how accurate your predictions are As I said before There's always going to be unforeseen challenges ... Edl is being very quite as to what the challenges are... Is that because they have identified and sorting the issue... Or because they are so distant from the mine they don't really understand what's going on there....

Idk if I want to be in any vigilante campaign until I know exactly what it is they hope to achieve, with and end game plan, and how exactly they think they will achieve it.....the grass isn't always greener so to speak..... But if you guys come up with a realistic strategy then I'm happy to listen

Vog, Regarding the placing, I believe he informed the market weeks back, when he first spoke of opening the 2nd mine....and IMO if he has misled us at all.... its not because he has missed targets, it's because, The reason he gave us to open that 2nd mine..... to aid production.....something to me here just doesn't ring true, because it would be far cheaper to double productivity at the 1st mine........ I think the reason behind the 2nd mine, is more to do with the terms of owning the license... A simple case of use it or lose it

I think if your genuinely want to put the pressure on RS, firstly you need to understand why production has been so disappointing.... Are they having issues digging the stuff out the ground? Is there and issued with transport and logistics? Is it because the demand for sales just isn't there? Don't forget about the weather, as we are currently halfway through the middle of Tanzania's heavy rainy season... I've seen a lot of criticism, but I haven't seen anyone asking questions as to why Edl is failing to meet is targets Until you know all the facts I very much doubt your get very far

Lol your wasting your time... Even if RS was upto fowl play, the fsa wouldn't do jack.... they never do.... I won't list any examples as I know 1-2 posters get touchy about other stocks being mentioned here..... In al honestly, I am disappointed about the lack of production.... But I was expecting a fund raiser, as I've already stated that I would rather double production at the current mine .... As opposed to opening a 2nd mine And a second mine would always come with a higher cost
