I think much of it would depend on customer needs, ultimately coal is usually rated upon 1 ton of coal = X ton of steam So obviously some of the customers, May pay more for the coal per ton......l but they won't burn as much so that's where they save..

There is no doubt in my mind that the demand for coal is there. You can design a mine as many times as you like on paper, it's only when you roll you sleeves up and start digging you get to know exactly how much it cost to get the coal out the ground.. Don't put all you eggs in one basket,so to speak.. If I am right, the contracts will come, and Rufus will know where to maximise profit, Atleast he shouldn't have any excuses Time will tell I suppose

Commissioning of the OAR is expected to be delayed due to the late supply of switchgear and the required connection to main grid power. Various permissions and compliance requirements mean that the date for switching medium voltage power on may need to be pushed back from current schedule. SPMP's management team is endeavouring to minimise this delay but this will be dependent on other factors, including implementing a sequential electrification programme across the whole site with the relevant utilities and local authorities. My interpretation is that the Electic company won't come in to connect the power, until all the major electrical work has been finished/fault tested/certified

So the water is slightly lighter than the oil

Pbody, any construction workers will be employed, or sub contracted by Worley Parsons... If your concerned about their treatment, or well being maybe send them an email But IMO I'm sure a big international company like that doesn't want to be seen mistreating their workers, so I'm sure they have a strict code of conduct, and health and safety policy in place
