Will this mean the plant will only be operational during the cooler months ?

If they took this private, how would they pay the bill and wages each month without diluting us on a regular basis? It not as if after 20years this company has ever shown any profits

In all the years I've been here the only person who has ever claimed to get a response from an email to the company is FK, who last year also claimed that he regularly speaks to AC on the phone....

Well the lease expires on the 12 th of sept And it will not be renewed You can call it what you like but the fact remains they can’t drill from that site

What do you mean nothing to do with prim? Don’t we hold ukog shares? You may as well say hh has nothing to do with prim if that’s the case.... Won’t they need consent from multiple land owners to drill it from another site?

Our Hong Kong licence can't be very far away either......

As a result of growing client enquiries and peer group analysis, the Board has now established a wholly owned subsidiary company (GIS FS (HK) Limited) and offices in Hong Kong. It has further submitted an application to the SFC for the appropriate regulatory approvals to provide custody and settlement services to clients in the Asia Pacific region.


This new opportunity will allow GIS to provide a more competitive offering to existing clients as well as develop new revenue streams where we intend to develop coverage for larger family offices in that time zone as well as global funds currently under-resourced by their existing service providers. Over the medium term, we also see this expansion as a conduit allowing us to service Asian-based asset managers with an interest in our core UK offering and we are evaluating the KYC implications of this as part of our initial expansion.


We also believe that a regulated local presence in Hong Kong will assist our UK Platform through identifying new technology based efficiencies for our global clients.
We anticipate that the licensing approval process will be completed by the end of the second quarter of the current financial year and have retained a Hong Kong based consultancy to project manage this expansion responsibly and cost effectively. This consultancy has clear reporting duties and channels to our UK team.


Once again GIS seeks to leverage off its operational capabilities and attract new clients in one of the world’s most dynamic and entrepreneurial markets. The Asia Pacific markets offer an opportunity for GIS to grow revenues and profitability with limited impact on operating costs.


We have already started soft marketing in the region and hope to build on the existing client base we already have there.

Looking at today's trades, I do agree they should not have warranted the drop. Maybe that's why they were hiding the 27k buy.. So they can disguise the sells as buys above the mid point to fill the order...your guess is as good as anyone's....
After all the mms would never show us a trade before they have filled the order.

When LK first took over, in one of his interviews he mentioned that 556 bod would be the point where we start to become cf positive.
But this quarter will be the first time we will be likely to average over 556bod. If he continues to increase production that is.
I know the price of poo has gone up since then, also steel drum also needs to be factored in, but is anyone expecting steel drum to be cf positive from day 1

So far Patience hasn't help me one bit, when I first put money into this their was only 92m shares in circulation trading at around 1p...
Now we have over 2.7b shares and a very depressed sp......
Unfortunately, I can only see much more of the same old, same old, in that, if we are not getting directly diluted, our stakes in other investments will keep on slowly being diluted....
Some people are making money here, but it definitely not us pi's..

Meanwhile back in the real world, I noticed solo are looking to dilute us again..... 2nd time this month.... It will be interesting to see if we throw more good money after bad and take part in the open offer....
