Am I right in thinking that effectively today's RNS is telling us that although tristar have found the money for the 40% share of the project, but Spmp and OIF still have big debts to repay, so they what us to cough up again without getting a bigger slice of pudding?

Alan I'm with iWeb, just a one off joining fee which was about £25 I think, and £5 a trade as far as I'm aware, I have never incurred any other charges

The only ones I can recall guessing all the time and getting it totally wrong is the Board of directors

There supposed to be providing us a service, and in exchange they hold our cash

Why should the banks have it all all their own way jl..... Those 3rd party atm's cost much less than all the branches they have shut down

If my bank ever charged me to withdraw money, I would close my account and revert back to cash...or its just another tax...
Let's face it , your money is probably safer under your mattress than it is in the bank, what with cybercrime and other dodgy scams.
What ever happened to the days when the bank did what it was set up to do.... Like looking after your money and managing so that you could earn interest on it?
Oh that's right in their greed-they thought it would be more fun to lend it all out without really knowing how they were going to get it back. And almost bankrupt the global economy in the process .
Maybe if the banks started giving your average person on the street a fair deal rather than trying to use bullying sales tactics, and ppi scams people might start trusting them again. But until then,they will continue to underperform

Example of bullying sales tactics... For the last 10 years Barclay have been sending me credit card applications twice a month to 5different addresses in my name
My current address I can only assume was sold to them by my local council, as they are the only people who have been given this address

I’m not quite sure why your telling us this estatex. It was David lenigas, and Donald Strang that we’re the ones who used to waste our monies investing in companies like Hume capital, a few weeks before it went into administration.....not John Gunn....

Achievement of Financial Close

Further to the Company's announcement on 24 August 2015 the Board of Tri-Star (AIM: TSTR) is delighted to announce that following the satisfaction, completion or waiver of all outstanding conditions to the Strategic & Precious Metals Processing LLC ("SPMP") shareholders' agreement, financial close has been achieved.

Equity funding by the partners has taken place and Tri-Star has confirmed its 40% equity interest in SPMP. Â SPMP will now proceed to develop a 20,000 tonne per annum antimony processing facility in the Sultanate of Oman (the "OAR").

Key Points:

·   Landmark milestone achieved and $70 million funding package now in place.

·   Commissioning of plant expected during 2016 and commercial production by 2017.

·   Board confident that SPMP will also proceed to build a second processing facility for refractory gold ores.

Saying that and looking back at the chart....it does seem to nose dive after the 2nd

I actually think that was a buy simply because the way we jumped up last week, when the trade was dated

I doubt we will hear anything until they actually start production now, as have made themselves look stupid enough already this year

Adam I think your confusing EBITDA with profit,they are not the same thing. And a 41% reduction, is very disappointing however you try and dress it up

Big jump up today on very little volume.... Is this because our big seller has finally finished? or just in anticipation of the next trading statement?

I’m not so sure Krispy.... between spmp and Tstr there is still a lot of debts that need to be repaid, and the clock is ticking. I remember being called a deramper when we first started building the plant because I suggested I very much doubted Tstr were fully funded until commissioning the plant...
and since then the budget has more than doubled and so has the time it’s taken to build the plant

Well if we do have a big seller, IMO the most likely culprit would be Karen. Now she doesn’t have to declare her holding
But for a long time now I have always thought we have a big trader here who seems to be one step in front all the time.
But then again I could say that about most of aim :)
