If my bank ever charged me to withdraw money, I would close my account and revert back to cash...or its just another tax...
Let's face it , your money is probably safer under your mattress than it is in the bank, what with cybercrime and other dodgy scams.
What ever happened to the days when the bank did what it was set up to do.... Like looking after your money and managing so that you could earn interest on it?
Oh that's right in their greed-they thought it would be more fun to lend it all out without really knowing how they were going to get it back. And almost bankrupt the global economy in the process .
Maybe if the banks started giving your average person on the street a fair deal rather than trying to use bullying sales tactics, and ppi scams people might start trusting them again. But until then,they will continue to underperform
Example of bullying sales tactics... For the last 10 years Barclay have been sending me credit card applications twice a month to 5different addresses in my name
My current address I can only assume was sold to them by my local council, as they are the only people who have been given this address

To me that says they are so desperate for the business they are not concernen on how they will retrieve the money because they are opening themselves right upto fraud.. Anyone could fill out one of those forms and pretend they were me
