Poidster, it really is a concern that you lack the basic investigational skills to work out if WBAFC is a doctor or not. I really do question your knowledge and research on Novacyt if you can’t even confirm someone’s identity which is very very easy to do (and no, I won’t help you if that is the case).

I don’t want to put WBA on the spot but if you saw his accounts you’d know why he has enough money to invest here. I expect he’s already made back those losses in 6 months but it’s the principle here that matters that the board are as dodgy as hell and taking PIs for a ride whom arnt in such a firm financial footing.

Just wondering…….have any savvy investors move funds across to Euronext with what happened last time when we missed out on the rise with London stock exchange being closed?

AK…..yes that’s what I was referring to. I’m not sure why the remuneration committee thought it valid to pay this out whilst DHSC dispute (now claim) is ongoing.

So GM gets the second and third tranche of the LTIP forecast to be paid in 2022. Why has the payment not been suspended until the DHSC outcome. He has essentially been fully rewarded for failure.

Valju…why are you expecting a tr1? Sentiment is on it knees, anyone who would buy and I expect you are dreaming of biosynex would let the price drop further before buying. They probably could drop it easily themselves on these volumes.

And no one invests long term on an AIM stock. AIM stocks make long term holders out of those that bought at the wrong time.

It’s people who bought this morning on the lows. It always happens. They will be out at 10 percent.

Wasted an hour of my time reading that ****e this morning….I will submit my claim into Novacyt.

It wasn't long ago when people on here were saying the LTIP targets would be based on the price per year rather than the straight line pro-rate that it is actually based on. So it doesn't matter what happens to the share price between now and the average share price in December 2024. I doubt anyone wants to spend another day in this share at alone another 32 months.

Who thinks DA will risk future dilution in the current number of ordinary shares, by spending a load of those cash reserves on MA with high outlays on salaried staff and 10s of millions needed for raw materials - especially with the DHSC claim hanging over Novacyt's head?

If the RNS tomorrow is good tomorrow, any spike (which I'm not expecting) will soon be sold off. Any iis that might be interested in this stock wont make rash intraday decisions and invest tomorrow, they will take a few days pouring over the details. And the investor meeting later in the day wont be new price sensitive data. I really think the rampers on here are just desperate for a mini spike because after that, what do we have next to look forward to too. What will be the 'jam tomorrow' claims coming out from the traders??? Lets see.

That’s a little unfair valju, since the last month, you have been portraying a frustrated PI and aiming those frustrations at David Allmond (quite rightly in my opinion). Now the day before, you suddenly want to be positive and don’t want to hear any negatives. A bit like Kaeren outburst earlier. I would hazard to guess that it is indeed you that has bought in today and hoping that tomorrow helps out your average and exit. You language used lately certainly doesn’t sound like a LTH in it to the end (unforced).

I would suggest you be realistic with yourself. We don’t have any P2 or P3 trials coming up so an AVCT spike is unlikely. Neither do our products inspire confidence with covid testing market just about finished. So that will not support our growth. We can’t buy anyone through our M&A strategy (whatever that was before the DHSC bombshell), at least it seems unlikely without the funds that are at risk of being taken back by DHSC.

We are reliant on new investors and iis, not traders looking for 10% or trying to average down. Those volumes won’t cut it.

Be prepared to be disappointed tomorrow. I am.

Kaeren. To be fair, the fool article did not mention a 40.8m contract. It said 40.8m revenues from a cancelled contract. Now unless you have evidence to the contrary, we simply don’t know if those sales say fell under an existing contract. Now if there was a contract, would you think that it was not likely cancelled following the dispute being made public?

On 29th September 2020 we are told of a new contract for 14 weeks with possible extension of a further 10 weeks. Are you saying that the products could possibly be part of this contract?

On the 15th October 2020, We then make an acquisition for IT-IS which supports part of the supply agreement in the new contract for Q machines.

6th November 2020 the first vaccines get approved followed shortly by 5 PDMRs in November 2020, everything seems good leading up to the results. …….

Yet no invoices showing on DHSC accounts leading upto results ……..

…..On 29th January 2021, revenues are out, seems lower than expected yet we are told everything is ok and we are in discussion with DHSC for another supply contract.

24th February 2021….we are told by GM of exciting new plans coming in a few months along within the R&D update.

29th April 2021 ….those exciting updates didn’t live up to expectations and we then go and give millions away to UNICEF at the same time telling everyone how charitable we are…..what happened to that. We also support our in-house professional golf guy who can wait to get out.

More RNSs on the dispute, delays to products, GM retiring with £8m along with Tony. New guy comes in, everyone thinks this will be great dispute the lack of CEO experience but this guys a seller so must be a talker too.

Not a word until he turns up sniffing and fumbling away in a IR meeting in his gardening jumper. Not a word since.

Until LTIP, buying shares and DHSC telling us they are claiming £140m this week.
