I really feel for those guys that have 50P or a pound averages, even those staff as well which have bought in over the years, poor guys. I feel more for the staff earning 20k a year that were encouraged to put everything left over in the share scheme.

Quitsy, once again you are annoyingly right, going into admin and putting things into an open auction would generate more cash than this Fosun offer would...… I would prefer admin as it means the BOD then do not get shi*, that's another saving. :-)

The BOD have been working for Fosun, not TCG. Yet they are paid a fat salary from the TCG pot...…. Makes no sense....

Manipulating share price for the last 6 months to Fosun benefit. When it goes into admin, I hope there is a detailed investigation. There are so many connections with citi, sky news, Fosun, PF and the share price, its just being done blatantly and in public view.

So there have been lots of leaks to skynews, some of those leaks have had effects on the share price. Then PF does his first media interview with skynews about the Fosun deal. Is he himself the leak????? This all stinks!

Also the 300 million he has said terms agreed and will payout from Oct 2019. So if this is the case why the sudden Fosun move unless cash flow has dried up. However looking at other transcripts it doesn’t look like it has.

I think cost cutting was not done severely enough. Gotta be brutal.

Sounds more like he was working for Fosun from April.

Deal stinks of sh*te when you read his transcripts and media statements in the correct order. Share holders were mislead by his ambiguous comments. Being a conspiracy theorist here, something isn’t right about this. Either it’s all been low balled to get shareholders to accept something out of desperation, or it’s to get other bids out the wood work.
