Sadly the regulator probably doesn’t have enough time to do correct due diligence. It’s been left so close to the end that it’s either share dilution or administration. So the regulator will of course choose share dilution.

Sadly, legally not much you can do...... might be immoral, however it does need a full investigation as the BOD have been working on this for months and not focusing on the other so called offers.

Thanks. A lot of investors just taking a punt? Would it now not be cheaper for Fosun to just start buying shares at these prices and double cross the board? I need to sit down and do the maths.

I agree they obviously don’t care and show no emotion to shareholders, I’m still not going to take it on the chin though. I would prefer administration as would others.

and the other annoying thing about this man is the whole 750 million will not be used to pay off the debt, just part of it to manage the debt. The remainder they will be using in investment within their own brand hotels.

They say they have spent a fortune in debt restructuring and interest, yet in simple terms, that’s all they are doing again!

Have they learned nothing from the last 10 years!

The video recorder was not in the office..... staff don’t care about their jobs, they care about the share plan more. Jobs can be replaced in time. Years of saving in the share save plan can not.

It’s been left right to the last minute on purpose, so there is not really any other option apart from this or administration, both are wipe out options for shareholders. I would even prefer administration than this if I’m honest out of spite as will some other major share holders.

Gloves are off, I do not want these directors to decide what happens.

Even PF is too ashamed to show his face at the office now. He probably just goes direct to the Fosun office already.

Also there is a caveat at the bottom of each RNS and there are large institutional investors that may initiate this first. So there is not much point.

Ok I have been a supporter of TCG in the past. Changing my tube after the shafted feeling, any idea why the last minute buys on Friday? Shorts closing or investors trying to squeeze the shorters?

You won’t be able to sue the directors, they left everything to the last minute suspiciously on purpose. There is literally no time left now for cash flow reasons. So this offer is now probably the last resort for the survival of the company. It been done on purpose, the whole thing is a sham.

The directors have led shareholders down a path the last 2-6 months on purpose which explains the skynews leaks occasionally (probably from a director themselves). This has been very calculated since Fosuns final RNS of 18%. Everything is linked and it’s glaringly obvious.

The directors stopped working in the best interest of shareholders in March. All they wanted was a Fosun deal to save themselves.

The whole thing needs a good and detailed investigation. :-) it stinks and I’m guessing I can smell sh*t still.

ok, I disappear for a few days and this happens. I guess I can kiss good bye to my shares if this goes through and am feeling totally shafted by the misleading statements PF has put out there over the last 2-3 months.

I would very much like to know what the bids were for the airlines and Nordics and why this is the best solution for the business.
