got to be in it to win it, im about 2/3 down at the moment, I was happy with the investment. However, I am not happy with the BOD.

I am still for admin. I would prefer bond holders get something than Fosun.

I vote admin. That way almost everyone looses incl Fosun, PF, directors, staff, creditors. Bring it on, see if Fosun up there offer then.

PF doesn’t even turn up to any offices any more or call in. No motivational speeches. Just a blanket email to staff saying tough sh** about your shares and pension. He doesn’t care.

I now have the feeling Fosun have been mega smart and totally played the BOD. They want the company and the whole company. No share holders.

This is a gut feeling, just the BOD chuckle brothers have been so dumb I think they have been played by their new business partners.

Probably fosun buying through a separate entity to Hoover up shares should the incredibly crap deal not go through. That way they can take advantage of this cheap share price.

Just hedging their bets.

All speculation, but that’s what i would do in a hostile take over scenario, decimate the share price with a crap deal. Then buy the shares while cheap if it doesn’t go through.

The whole thing stinks. I refuse to sell and would rather see administration!

I think probably secret job with Fosun.

CV probably says, f***** billion pound company, shareholders want to murder me, staff said I was a de motivator, but I performed my personal goal of pinning my own pockets.

I hope his personal deal with a fosun comes out in public so his staff can be disgusted with him. loser.

They have probably already been choosing their expatappartments and expat packages in HK so they don’t have to read the press any more.

I’m tempted actually just to throw a couple of grand at this to lower my average. I’m aware it’s litrally just a punt and probably my money will be gone when it goes into admin. My gambling side coming out.

The reason it’s been done is to generate a panic to reduce the share price so they can dilute the share more. That’s just a guess.

Fosun might even be hedging and buying the stock now as we speak. Something smells.

If they don’t have the staff on their side, then they can just close shop. At moment staff are not on their side with this deal but are just sitting on their ar*e refusing to process paperwork which in turn will effect people’s holidays,

It’s all a shame that they did not think about protecting their two biggest assets, their loyal staff and their loyal share holders. Next in turn is their loyal creditors to be shafted.

I want admin, just so the BOD do not get paid a single penny more.

They will be swimming in my sh** soon. Just be patient, there is still a 0.0001% chance this might not happen and the BOD get sacked!

This needs to be push into administration for Fosun to up the offer. Fosun don’t want administration either. However, I would prefer admin rather than this proposed deal for me.
