Was just told by a friend, someone is buying the bonds. So if you buy the bonds at 30% and shares at this price looks like you get a pretty good deal....

He announced it because he publicly wants to pi55 on Fosuns party. This is not just about a take over. It’s about making a point. It’s good old fashioned share buying. That’s sticking your middle finger up at the Chinese.

I’m a large holder. There is not reading between the lines. Shareholders will be wiped out if this deal goes ahead, plain and simple.

I actually agree with you, it’s not a rescue deal. It’s a take over and Fosun played well to get it for peanuts and PF gave it to them. Scum bag.
