There is no point in ramping or de-ramping with this share now, its all pure speculation.... All we can do is is sit with our thumbs up our ars'' and wait. sniff sniff

I live in main land Europe, I can tell you, its cold, windy and occasionally spitting, street are empty its that cold. Unusually cold actually considering it was quite warm yesterday.

Usually it’s the bad news that get leaked as it’s more dramatic in the press. But all we can do is fingers crossed. It’s a risk we know it.

Maybe its all being held for one big bang. I am seeing more positives than negatives with bids and take overs, companies are re-positioning themselves for something to happen. We just don't know what.

I think the doom mongers were probably all just one person as they disappeared all at the same time.

No one knows what the sp is or what the sp will be, it’s all speculation.

All we can do is wait. What we do know is Fosun have been planning this for years and f and TCG already have a working successful partnership.

Fosun have not hidden the fact they want TCG.

Fingers crossed that means it’s good news!

It’s already been more than 2 years since they started a potential take over. ;-)

Most peeps say 18th July. I have a feeling it might not be done by then, as it’s such a complicated company, also seats already being sold, Nordics. It’s one massive jigsaw puzzle with billions at stake. So it’s not just an overnight thing. Then add negotiating time on top.

Fosun play the long game. They have in a lot of take overs. They never appear in any rush. When the SP dropped, it was togood to be true!

I also find it very interesting, that since the announcement they have received an offer, no further information has been leaked and nothing has been refused. Fosun also has not increased its 18% stake since March ish. So these talks have been going on for some time and are happening.

I would agree, the airline does not have to be sold before Fosun take over, its already been separated for sale. Just put it in a separate entity in its own right.

Actually, what has been said by Ryan air and easyjet is they don't make money from the flight tickets, but they make the money from all the other additional services provided, so I would assume this would be an airlines dream, no marketing required, bums on seats guaranteed and then they can up and cross sell.

I think we are no where near how volatile this share price could be, at the moment the movements are just always based on speculation. Only a handful of people seem privy to any important news.

It is odd, I was expecting it to be down today......

and all the extra monies that were spent on food and anything else TCG could sell em….. :-)

I have to confess, I was not expecting this start to the date. I have not seen it this strong in a while... Maybe a good sign....?
