If the shares delist you may have difficulty selling this investment at a reasonable price and, in some circumstances, it may be impossible to sell it at any price. If this happens and you haven’t accepted the offer, we’ll contact you again outlining your options.

Your shares might become worthless, that how it came across to me. Kretinsky doesn’t have to buy them when he has a majority of the shares. He will be the major shareholder.

If you hold out for a better offer, and Kretinsky takes over the company then he is under no obligation to purchase your shares. So therefore I think the better option is to accept. That’s how it was put to me and that’s why have accepted the offer

I was contacted by Hargreaves Landsdowne, also received mail through the post with forms to fill in and send my share certificates by 22nd of August.

Just accepted the offer on all the share I own. It’s a done deal. The deadline is 22nd of August.
