I must be stupid in the 1980’s i was into motor racing and there was racing team and the driver was Guy Edwards they were sponsored by a oil company Ultramar. I had some money in the bank, so i decided to buy some shares in this company. I didn’t have them long probably about two or three years then they were taken over by another oil company. The money i made i was able to pay off my mortgage. It set me up for life. I was stupid wasn’t I.

The more shares you have, the bigger the dividend payment it is as simple as that. Think about it. I am not one who needs educating. I am doing very well thank you.

Also the big spend on the fibre roll out has been reached, so it’s downhill now and less expenditure. BT is a solid company along with EE mobile and the internet service it provides.

Is he some relation to the motley fool?. Hold on to them they go ex dividend 24 December. Also whilst you have billionaires as shareholders that has to be a plus.
