Just remember, we should have been collecting dividends by late 2017/early 2018 and self financing our way to Moz, with about half the shares in issue that we’ve got now. That was back when DA wasn’t taking a salary and was ‘aligned with shareholders’. Then he started taking his FTSE-style salary - reward for failure, or what?!

Muldoon - not to mention that we were told we’d be mining copper in 2017, then in 2018, then ‘as soon as possible’ or something. And then after three years of failed promises we get an excited and breathless RNS telling us that Oman have said they’ll give us a licence - one day. The company RNS’s are simply not believable on any promise that matters. “No more solution to fund the lithium project” Then come December it’ll be “Yeah but, we’re issuing 250m shares to buy a house for an Omani chap who wants us to do just a little bit more drilling before giving us a licence. And another 250m to do this thing in Moz that we never mentioned needed doing before” Just another crappy AIM miner with a bod milking the shareholders. I’ll be right out of here if we get a spike to 3p

CM: we’ve been living on promises of value adding news flows for 5 years. The bottom line is that it’s time to deliver on a promise that matters. Your optimism and positivity won’t raise the SP, but putting a chuffing shovel in the ground and digging something up to sell would!

Hopelessly optimistic CM. Value to come? Re-read the RNS? I just gave you one from 2 years ago that was apologising for being a year late with the shovels but promising copper by 2018. Were on rinse and repeat here, and have been for over two years. But buying now might yet be the best idea in the hope of selling on a spike to 3p and getting some money back.

It really is a litany of failure to deliver on the promises that matter. I’ve been here so long that I can’t actually remember since when - maybe early 2015. With an endless raft of drilling updates and resource upgrades delivered on schedule in tight timeframes, it’s felt since day one that something will be coming out of the ground any day now. But here we are, waiting, waiting, waiting. The phrase ‘jam tomorrow’ has justifiably had a lot of use on this board for a while now. Sadly I was up on the game on that spike but am under water again now and really regretting not bailing out.

That SAV bought exploration rights to a promising diamond field in Botswana. Apparently you can just walk around pick them up off the ground. Close to a diamond polishing factory and a diamond sales outlet. Good jurisdiction, only takes 6 months for licensing and we’ve already got one of DA’s mates to start a FS. Putting lithium on hold because we’ll all be Botswana millionaires in 18 months.

Why say “Savannah is able to increase its equity to 35% upon delivery of the Pre-Feasibility study...” rather than “Savannah will increase...”? Sounds a bit slippery to me.

Some merit in what you say, CM; a falling SP on very low volumes should be a time for holding nerve. But I don’t agree the fundamentals have improved. There’s some ‘potential’ upside in recent news, but your fundamentals are clearly deteriorating if you need to dilute and your SP has halved in the last 6 months or so. I need some assurance that game-changing news is going to land well before we’ve burnt all our cash. Unfortunately SAV has got a terrible record for missing the targets that matter.
