Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Don’t understand why this is trading in low 40’s when an informal offer of 48.5p has been made. Thoughts?
From Evening Standard: “… it said with the trading boost a year earlier from the temporary VAT reduction stripped out, profits lifted 7.7% to £24.8 million.
It saw like-for-like sales rise 3.5% and notched up record revenues of £110.2 million over the half year.”
Mutamba? I bailed out a few years ago when Moz got bogged down , Oman went south, Finland got forgotten about and Portugal kept getting faffed about, and have come back to see if any of that old promise is nearer to realisation. Would appreciate a brief potted history to save me reading a hundred RNS’s! (btw - I suspect that when the 50 days are up, it’ll turn out that there’s a technical justification for another extension-not expecting a clear outcome there)
Website updated: record date 21 April, paid 12 May.
Is 13th April? Company website ain’t reyt good…
Happy enough with them and the increased dividend. No surprise to hear there’s a bit of a slowdown in sales recently but still well positioned to trade through it and still deliver healthy profit. If I wasn’t already invested here I’d definitely see this as an excellent growth opportunity over 18-24 months with decent dividends to tide you over for the time being. Expecting a meaningful re-rate at any time.
MIDAS reporting broker forecasts of 10.5p dividend when results are announced this week. Would take that any day, but think it’s a bit on the hopeful side.
Still no jam, I see. Wondering where the bottom is and if there’s still the possibility of jam tomorrow - what’s the current sentiment around here?
Starting to look bargain basement now.
I’ll shout my own answer into the void: £30m. Reckon there’s one or two weeks until it’s complete. Solid hold here even though Trussonomics is wrecking the economy.
Can anyone remember how much is going to be spent on the buy back? It’d save me some time hunting around in the RNS history. Cheers
Jam next year…
Previous SP movements for this size have seen sizeable fall backs. Am jumping out for a while but plan to be back. Hope I don’t live to regret it. The two-year prospects here look great.
If my maths are correct, the sale of phoenix shares is around 12p per share to return to shareholders, in addition to the regular dividend. I’ll take that any day but would really like to see a bit of a SP recovery. LTH so no great rush, but it’s hard to understand why ABDN is lagging the recovery of the rest of the sector.
What an absolute dog of a share this has been, when it should have been a fantastic recovery stock. Need to see a decent rise soon.
Yes - Debt reduction very, very impressive.
Ticking over very nicely. Good update. Always good to be above expectations. Wouldn’t be surprised to see ii’s further increasing their stakes.
Anything that reduces the number of people taking a winter holiday will be good for any business selling family/group activities in a nice, warm indoor setting. BOWL did surprisingly well through the lockdowns managing outgoings and debt very well. Given the success of the growth strategy to date I’m surprised this isn’t trading in a higher range. Expecting good update next week and a very good 2022.
Shows how confident BOD is on company outlook. Always good to see.
How are you calculating your estimated doubling, Mick88? That’s even more than the in-house broker’s target price.
