@doc - following the theme of three last few weeks, are they not being deliberately vague on the new discovery AND changing to Q update to ensure RH does not benefit from the news. Are we not expecting RH to be out by Christmas?

there is still a business somewhere in the mire. but i do not hold out much hope for short term gain, even with a placement. there are far too many wrinkles that need ironed out and i think mr foo is too old to do it.

Two points to add to OT:
1. many entered at 57p last year thinking that would fund us through to profits. nope. they are 50% down and we need another "bridge".
2. there is no way this SP will break £1 now as, KF has confirmed that 109 awaits that that will simply require more capital.
And why? you may ask? because KF makes his money from production. there is a clear CONFLICT.

President has added a 20% stake in a 693 acre block at Jefferson Island to its Louisiana acreage at a cost of $175/-. The area has ‘significant undrained low risk potential’ and a four well programme will commence towards the end of Q2 2019. The acquisition compliments the existing asset base in Louisiana and the wells cost around $2m completed or a net $400/- to PPC who will pay out of existing resources. Whilst there are no working wells there at present, the old ones had ‘compelling economics’ and with modern techniques being able to extract more efficiently and with good routes to market it looks like substantial upside could be proved.
