"Could this be part of your problem?" - where's PB to scold you on the hierarchy of disagreement? Why redirect away from Kevin Foo and the catalogue of inaccurate statements made? did you find the 12 customers that "will" come on board by new year 2016? Did ENEO contract return "within weeks"? these statements were not made in pub corner. they were broadcast. and he was not put on the spot. they were rehearsed.

@able, also, re "what I am sure is that investors want to read constructive comments that would help them to make informed decisions" - no investor should make any decision based on any comment which are founded in KF statements which are proven to be wrong or inaccurate or misleading. The company having failed to issue any material other than the Foo pipe dream, there is no basis to make any investment decision other than third party material - such as the news - which, appears to be screaming stay away right now.

@able, in all fairness, your point includes the premise that the BOD would give a fair hearing at the AGM. markettimer asked genuine questions at the last AGM and was slapped down. The BOD just do not want to know.

@doc - following the theme of three last few weeks, are they not being deliberately vague on the new discovery AND changing to Q update to ensure RH does not benefit from the news. Are we not expecting RH to be out by Christmas?
