Bazza, yes, you have a right to see the share register. They may ask for the statutory fee: about £2.50 or direct you to a share registry that holds the register for them, but you’ll get there.

plus, if they are anywhere near on course to hit that by 1 Dec then they should serious consider using some cash to buy back shares at, say, 20p. That should get rid of some STHs and allow LTHs to consider an end of 2019 target SP of 80p.
