Either way, it is likely M&P will be back with an increased 'material' (viewed in their eyes) offer over 17p. There are other interested parties. Not like heading to the beach with your board and seeing the ocean flat. The cordoroy from the ocean of oil can be seen miles away, and for some, they will want to ride those waves.
