we lose 50% in one week because of predicitions of 2020. to say management are bad at "messaging" is not an understatement, they are not messaging at all. Some statement needs to be made.

just saying: if i contract with with juxtapose limited (JL) to dig my garden knowing that JL is owned (in part) and controlled by 'Deeppocket, Gooddig & Co'; i would a tad annoyed if I later found out that juxtapose limited was now owned by 'Pauper, Lazyboy and No Spade'. Therefore, I might think to myself that before awarding the contract I would ask for some right to ensure the transfer is not adverse to my interests.
"There is a possibility that they could sell off one of the mines for a lump sum which would fast track a debt reduction. That would could very positive for sp at this range and get it back to 20p+" - good thinking.
no one "needs" to do this deal. if they are interested, it is on a basis of "want" - and context of wanting what (apparently) others want. Therefore, yes, they are likely to have to pay more, and more, and more...
